They are in my opinion the worst fans in terms of nastiness and treatment when an away fan, I've had insults because I cheered on Berwick and have also had an 'altercation' with a fan who laughed his head off at Michael Max announcing that Lee Complin had withdrawn from the meeting with a suspected broken hand.

It wasn't raining when it was due to start at Ippo today either by the sounds of it, something needs to be done to stop meetings being called off and of course nothing can be done about the fact that it can be raining during the meeting and I'm not saying that but track covers do work when there is rain prior to a meeting.

Berwick have used the track covers around 9/10 times so far and every single time a full meeting was seen...

If it stopped raining at 7.20 like was posted they just had to take the covers off and prepare the track like normal with a slightly delayed start time

He rode well for Redcar last season, not so well for Edinburgh though and he's not brilliant at Berwick, think it will change again in a couple of weeks when the original members of the team get there averages

Payne and Etheridge could easily be replaced in a couple of weeks for much better riders

Yes when the averages become proper the conversion rate applies like it always has done

Bridger is probably the fastest rider I have seen around Shielfield bar Cookie in recent years, he just can't gate, we need to give him a little bit more time as he has shown glimpses of what he can do for us imo

6.72 is his Championship average as a signing and 4.80 is his Premiership average as a signing, in that instance he was talking about the Premiership and people moaning that his average was awfully low
