  1. To be fair to him he can’t be expected to think Palovaara and Grahn were going to be called up for a pairs meeting internationally.
  2. I don’t disagree with the Flint comment, but at the same time, that’s his ‘home’ track, he is far far better than that usually around there, if there’s anywhere he doesn’t have an off night, it’s Shielfield. As for Kemp’s attitude problem, he was with us all last season, was by far our stand out rider, and always gave 100% and spoke well in interviews etc, he may of had an attitude problem previously to joining Berwick, but I completely disagree with him still having one now.
  3. Kemp knows his way around Shielfield, pleased to see he’s carried on from the latter half of last season. Borke shouldn’t be on a bike, although did look better in his last. Bomber and Leon had an off night and they still won, that’s a worry.
  4. Forecast looks awful? What’s the chances of a meeting?
  5. The forecast is set to be a lovely day, but strong gusts are predicted for practice
  6. Why didn’t you ask the lady in the club shop? Pot calling kettle black there surely. I’m only having a laugh.
  7. It would be a strange thing for her to lie about. Answered your own question surely.
  8. Oh yes, because there was never any replacements in those meetings.
  9. Anyone mentioning Sedgy’s performance yesterday? He was worse than Craig Cook.
  10. Didn’t really notice the length of time, suppose if you pick where the sun is and where you’re sheltered from wind, it helps.
  11. So still replacements to find for Troy and Riss, glad I’m not bothering with the eight hour round trip for this. That’s Cook, Kildemand, Klindt, Batchelor, Riss, Kerr, Flint, Castagna all missing with 2 more riders to find at 4 hours notice. Along with no Brennan, Ben Cook, Pickering, Nicholls, Schlein from previous seasons. Hope there’s a good crowd like there was yesterday at the GTS Tyres Arena.
  12. Fans were worried 2 weeks ago, I’ve been worried since the day he signed, it’s over now. It’s easier to just try and forget he ever signed.
  13. I stand by my statement, Grahn and Polis aren’t bad riders, they will need as much track time as possible to get used to Armadale, this is the least important home meeting of the season and the perfect chance for them to get some racing experience on the track.
  14. Why would Edinburgh stop presumably Grahn and Polis from having 4 rides in their home debut in a friendly, seems very counterproductive, they won’t care about the Scottish Cup, they’ll care about their new riders getting experience around Armadale and settling in as quickly as possibly surely.
  15. What a strange hill to stand on, I’d be more concerned about his partner for the event.
  16. That’s with the -2.5%. Cook will be 1, Hagon at reserve
  17. If Kildemand and Cook are committed we’ve not got a bad team, there’s still too many question marks for me with them two as well as Borke’s injury. May have some spare points to play with once Kildemand gets a real average, as I can’t see him sustaining 8.50.
  18. Why is everyone so excited for the team to be announced when we all know the 1-7 and have done for at least a month?
