I saw him couple of years ago when he was riding in polish 1st league. He had a crash in his second heat broke his collarbone after that he had 3 more rides and kept scoring points.

Torun tries to blame Ward but in this case his choice is perfectly understandable. It would have been stupid to sign with Torun and possibly sit on the bench for some meetings, obviously it would have been great for Torun to have his kind of caliber on their bench and not in other teams squad.

This season he is top scorer in Torun. He has the 8th best average in ekstraliga, gp riders ahead of him: Woffy, Hampel, NP and Hancock. I guess you can say he is struggling in Sweden this season he only has the average of 1,857 points/heat. Last year he had 2 injures and only rode 5 matches in the ekstraliga average: 2,5 points/heat and only started the last race of the euros which he won with 17 points. He won bronze medal in 2013 at the European Championships. I dont follow his results in the russian league but i can imagine that not many riders can beat him there. Apart from the 2 European Championships round this year and some nights in the elitserien he is done really well in the last couple of years. It depends what is average for you. Probably wouldnt be a contender in the SGP straight away but he would be in the top 8 for sure.
