  1. And with around 1.3 under to start with. So maybe wiggle room a bit later on. As for the finances, i don't know. But Buster was paying for 6 of the team last season i guess . I just hope the fans turn up in numbers.
  2. I do think your getting carried away posting things like that at this stage! Your probably not helping the cause either..... Why not wait until you know, before coming out with that? Or do you know the truth already ?
  3. Tarasenko averaged over 8 at home for PB last season. Once dialled in I think he will be good backup at the AFA for Tobi. Away from home won’t be as easy, but you must build a team that is strong at home ,if you don’t want that wooden spoon again, and want to keep the fans turning up week after week. We will be around 1.3 under the limit, which might allow Robert to slot in later in the season.. I’ll admit the last bit is just wishful thinking on my part. If we can get top 4 though, you never know…
  4. Wasn’t he paying for 6 of them last season?? 4 at PB and 2 at Lynn??
  5. From the last pic i've seen (Early Nov,) the fence was being dismantled. Most of the shale had been bladed off, but the track and floodlights still there. I don't know what it looks like now though SOS – Save Our Speedway rally in Peterborough on November 18 - CambsNews.co.uk
  6. As a Lynn fan, that team looks good to me. They ain't gonna go 2 points under, surely.
  7. I think a 100% fit MPT should put something on his 5.13(if he is fit). Having said that we have over a point to play with. Agree with Thomson, but considering the trouble we was in at the back end of last season, i'll take that team, with room for a change maybe, at some time.
  8. My bad he averaged 6.62 in 2015. He did average 8.29 in 16. Giving him a converted average of 5.53.
  9. On his converted Champ average from 2015-16 at PB would be 4.41. But id imagine he would be an assessed 8 now. If that's the case, then no. I'd expect MPT to fill the spot.
  10. Maybe Magic's 8.97 from 8 years ago might be re assessed to an 8.
  11. It would be nice, if it could happen. He is going to cost a lot more than someone like Tofty though. On his 2016 Championship average converted to 5.53, i'd take a chance . We would have up to 6.48 to play with if MPT isn't in the above team.
  12. I guess you know id reply I know you are hurting, but just take time to read my replies. I know i'll get the usual laughing faces from the usual suspect Ricky..I'd happily buy you a pint, but can't see it happening next season.
  13. Might be closer than you think . Apparently Feltz gives a good blow.... dry
  14. If you can take Wright out of there, he's elsewhere, and put Patryk W in his place, i don't think you'd be far out.
  15. His 2022 average was 7.20. So i would expect him to come in on that.
  16. Does Magic get a reduction from his 8.97 average from 8 years ago?
  17. It wouldn't surprise me to see both MPT and Paddy in there. Given Buster brought him over for a spell last season, and MPT can't be dear. Money is an object at Lynn,, with Buster at the helm.
  18. Agree. It's not to bad. I'd rather Wojdylo over Toft tbh , but Tofty should be able to put something on his 5.13, if he is, and can stay fit. We desperately needed a re fresh after recent years, and I think a play off place is a must this time around. After the last few seasons, It's important to keep fans happy. Starting by winning your home meetings.
  19. If that ends up being the top 5 . Wright is the rider they have to sign, out of those 3.
  20. Your not the only one.. Talk is cheap. I don't believe it either.. But it makes him look even more of a fool if he is correct, for not paying what Buster wanted pre season. That's if he was ever serious in the first place... Either way it don't do him any favours.
