IF we were to replace Jacob, I'd rather it not be Ulrich that came in, surely a better option somewhere? But, I'd much prefer Jacob than Ulrich, has much more potential and a future ahead of him... Ulrich would be better now, but probably Jacob would be better for 2020... Also Ulrich wouldn't be 5th for long, Max would sharp go past him... Remember Ulrich is only averaging about 5ish where Max is averaging 5 and a halfish

I think as a bare minimum, we need to jump on Jack Smith as soon as possible before someone else does, no idea if he like Brough? Probably not... Nothing should have been made public until they knew exactly what caused the failed drugs test... Caused unnecessary drama and grief for Kyle... Glad all has turned out well for him

Don't see why he'd struggle, doing just as well in the NL as the likes of Kyle Bickley, Anders Rowe, Nathan Stoneman, Drew Kemp, Leon Flint etc... And much better than the likes of Danny Phillips and Connor Bailey Plus he knows the Birmingham track well does he not?

A 5 I would think, not dropping any lower than a 4? Think that's the rules anyway... I know but if he was just a little bit quicker than Josh, no offence he wouldn't be up to much in the Championship... I mean I know it's his first laps around a very difficult track... I think that's the typical 'first time around Brough syndrome' No thank you, Bewley would be an obvious upgrade, but if Smetana was just faster than Josh around Brough our til would get even longer... With one of either Ondrej or Jacob having to be in the main body, at the same time as Max too... Also Bewley would be on close to a 10 point average... Maybe a straight swap, Danny for Smetana... But not TJ AND Lasse...

Ondrej Smetana, was at Brough last night and was confused by the shape of the track according to Roy Looked half decent at Redcar on Friday night tbh for a young-un riding the track for the first time...

How badly hurt is Nikolaj like?

Yes, I had noticed he got pretty filled in... Was trying to take a tear off off his goggles and just clipped Leon's back wheel... Was unlucky, he looked quick after that, got chance to ride the track by himself for a few laps then flew past Leon on I think the last lap, impressive rides considering how little experience he has there... Looked nice in Heat 14 too, not too far away Sounded pretty professional and all about the fans in his interview too, here's hoping Jacob can stay a while First impressions are good On a side note, I know it doesn't make up much, but I thought Danny rode well last night, won the reserves race comfortably with a dodgy throttle and picked up another point, was unlucky to come off in his 3rd ride when he was trying to pass around the outside, good night Danny, thought it needed pointing out as some people, including me, point out your negatives a lot... And of course, Matty Wethers, 2019s hero, that's all I'm gonna say Sign him up for 2020 George QUICK!! How was Ondrej Smetana? Normally hang around for second halves but had to run last night straight after heat 15... Shame as I've seen him ride once before and he looked quite nice, I assume someone in the North is up for signing him in the coming days, Redcar or Berwick maybe?

Impressed by Jacob tonight... Improved in every ride and you could clearly see the confidence and speed building up throughout the night... Looks like he's going to be a decent reserve eventually Messed up his first ride after hitting Flint and nearly coming off himself... After that he got better... Bit more track experience needed I think... Should gave gone out in second half with Ondrej and Josh to get a bit more track time under his belt...

Can Newcastle borrow Jack Smith then?
