  1. He has? What a great shame, any reason? I hope Simon Nielsen will come back, with Danny Phillips at reserve, it's funny that as soon as there's a rule change Phillips is wanted by a lot who didn't want him earlier in the season, me included Also, another rider I had in the back of my mind, Lasse Bjerre, has just been snapped up by the Tigers so there's him out of the equation, would Proctor be allowed to ride in this country next year?
  2. They aren't the final averages I don't think, so maybe he's changed, by 0.01 Great signing by Sheffield, kinda disappointed as I hoped he MIGHT be in consideration at Newcastle, especially on that average
  3. I see your point, but there are positives and negatives for the oldies riding in the team, why would they want to give up riding anyway? They're making a living, they wouldn't say to a doctor, "we're focusing on junior doctors now, you're fired" to someone who has been a doctor for many years, and lets face it the likes of Jon Armstrong and Tony Atkin have been a great servant to the sport and have entertained many people throughout the years, so why should they be left out? There's plenty of space for young riders and old riders if they still have the one rider over 30 per team rule? Do they still have that? They shouldn't be left out, it wouldn't seem fair to me I don't know what you work as, but would you give up your role at your job just to let a younger person have it? Nah, you need to make a living and so do the oldies of speedway, I know they could make a living as a coach, but maybe they don't want that yet
  4. It's not that bad Why would he have to start on a 4? Why would Aarnio get a reduction? He wouldn't
  5. Would it not be good for the "young'uns" to have an older rider in the team? To help them with setups, experience and different riding techniques, afterall these "young'uns" are still learning A LOT, especially the likes of Jamie Halder and Kean Dicken who have barely been on a 500 for a year yet
  6. I was correct about something is a shock, but two things at once? 1. Ludvig Lindgren 7.65 2. Victor Palovaara 5.80 3. Lewis Rose 5.86 4. Lewis Kerr 6.16/Kyle Newman 6.31 5. Rene Bach 7.32 6. Ashley Morris 4.83 7. Danny Phillips 2.00/Connor Mountain 2.00 I really don't know if I like this team or not, thoughts?
  7. Me too, same goes for Lakeside Can the Championship league still change? For example if Birmingham wanted to move up to the Championship (Just using this as a loose example) would they be allowed? Or because the AGM happened they wouldn't be allowed? How does that work?
  8. Why don't they do all the leagues at the same AGM? Is that too logical or is there a reason? Also I've heard that the Colts will be running next year
  9. I'm assuming Workington own him? Maybe they do, but who brought him over first? I'm saying that... But it was Peterborough, if I remember right
  10. True, although Nielsen's, Newman's and the number 7's averages will be the same Just saying that's about what I want to see I don't know when they come out
  11. 1.something I think (NBCMA 1.71 Whatever that means and CMA is 2.14 Whatever that means) I still want to see something like 1. Steve Worrall 8.51 - Strong number 1 2. Ashley Morris 4.83 - Always a trier and probably a strong number 2 in the new league 3. Lewis Rose 5.86 - Would be a good opportunity for him and I think he'd be great, especially at Brough 4. Ludvig Lindgren © 7.65 - Like Lindgren at number 4 as it makes Heat 14 strong 5. Kyle Newman 6.31 - Rides Brough well and I think he's a steal on that average 6. Simon Nielsen 4.66 - Same as Newman apart from the steal bit 7. Danny Phillips 2.00 (2.14) Or Connor Mountain 2.00 if he'd be a 2 point rider - Phillips has a years experience of the PL whereas some newcomers won't plus he knows Brough now, but Mountain would be nice if he's a 2 point rider Team would fit even with Phillip's 2.14 average I don't think Rob Branford, JPB, Tom Bacon, Jack Smith or any of these riders are very realistic although maybe Newman isn't either
  12. Maths is my strong point actually XD I'm studying maths I was just including Plymouth as well, stupidly and unfortunately Assuming Lambert rides for King's Lynn next year
  13. A lot of foreign riders will be going back to their countries is the idea, whether that actually happens or not... I think this has just put the sport so far back Maybe Lakeside should join the PL? Championship thing? If they can run of course Make it a nice round 12 teams
  14. Ryan Douglas to Scunthorpe, on the SGB website 7.18 I assume will be his average?
  15. Who's Buzz and when do the final greensheet averages come out?
  16. Wow o.o I thought the highest averages could go was 12.00 for some reason
  17. http://www.speedwaygp.com/news/article/5308/mjj-mulls-over-uk-comeback
  18. 40 point team limits... 1. Steve Worrall 8.51 2. Lewis Rose 5.86 3. Kyle Newman 6.31 4. Ashley Morris 4.83 5. Ludvig Lindgren 7.65 6. Liam Carr 4.81/Simon Nielsen 4.66 7. Connor Mountain 2.00 (If Mountain isn't eligible for 2 then maybe Greaves, Perks or Phillips instead, I don't quite understand this rule yet) Total 39.97/39.82 Very British too If that's what everyone is obsessing over, although I feel like fan levels will drop if big names disappear, so there won't be much of British speedway left, I'd rather see foreign big names than no British speedway at all, but maybe I'm just in a bad mood tonight Probably Maybe move Ludvig to 4, Newman to 5, Rose to 3 and Morris to 2?
  19. I would suggest maybe there will be, Bridger has said he wants to ride PL and his average is over 6, so maybe they'll change it so riders like him can drop down?
  20. I thought the conversion was x1.4 So Harris would come in on 9.21, I think
  21. 1. Richie Worrall 8.33 2. Fernando Garcia 4.23 3. Charles Wright 6.59 4. Aaron Summers 8.13 5. Richard Lawson 8.17 6. Dan Bewley 4.00 7. Jack Smith 3.00 OR 1. Richie Worrall 8.33 2. Nike Lunna 4.86 3. Victor Palovaara 5.80/James Sarjeant 5.80/Josh Bates 5.02/Joe Jacobs 5.36 (Whoever's more popular/ realistic out of these lot, or 6.01 left for someone else?) 4. Aaron Summers 8.13 5. Richard Lawson 8.17 6. Dan Bewley 4.00 7. Jack Smith 3.00
  22. Maybe he needs a change, a new club as he has said himself, I know he's ridden for Newcastle in the past, but maybe Newcastle could be that new club to spark his PL form again, he doesn't just magically get better for Poole because they're a big club, so the ability's obviously there, it just needs to be found and nurtured, obviously something that he was struggling to do at Plymouth for whatever reason, let's not get into details
