Seeing more posts on various team threads re Ricky Wells for Edinburgh. Fewer places available in other teams. Can't make my mind up about Ricky. Almost same average as Kevin Wolbert has.

Think Monarchs used the transfer fee from Redcar for Aaron few years back to buy Cookie from Workington.

I would have put Cookie on a par with Jason Doyle in 2013 / 2014. We all know how Jason has kicked on with his career. Cookie doesn't seem to have had much luck in Poland. Denmark or Swedish experience needed?

Me too. We gave Dan a chance last year and possibly won't get the benefit of that this year. Would be a body blow if he went to another PL club especially our near neighbours. Take it (young) Danny Ayres won't be used next year at Glasgow. Monarchs slipped up big time not offering Dan a contract start of 2016.

And picking good guests.

Rebels are the benchmark for team building. Edinburgh to a certain extent though this season slipped up with Jye Etheridge. Just hope the league doesn't reduce points limit or keeps the 3.00 No 7 rule. Rebels worthy champions and will probably set pace again.
