Totally agree, Czestochowa is awesome.

I watched the majority of it directly from nSport on my TV. I'd say there were around 7 or 8 thousand there. The racing was decent enough but I have grown to like team matches more from Poland these days. Zmarzlik won easily in the end, outsmarting Dudek without much difficulty. Early on I thought Kasprzak was going to win as he looked very dominant.

In addition to the comment above from Fromafar, Polish matches are on Sunday afternoons in much hotter conditions yet they manage to keep the tracks in very raceable condition. Obviously there is a new water bowser required it seems, along with someone - maybe Dickson- who knows how to get the track back to what it should be. As an Edinburgh fan I haven't been to Ashfield since the meeting with the infamous letter, but I had been hoping to return this year, especially with the track supposedly being improved with Hancock's help. At the moment though, I won't be wasting my time or money.

It would appear that more important even than making changes to the team line up might be making changes to whoever is doing the track, as surely that is the most important thing of all here. If it's becoming dangerous with holes appearing, surely the millionaires are able to see that this is an absolute MUST to fix, and quickly, as high quality, safe racing is a necessity for the business to flourish.

I'll be at the Gorzow v Leszno meeting on Friday 27th July as well as the Zielona Góra v Leszno match on Sunday 29th.

Don't think any Monarchs fans saw that coming, especially after it seemed all to be slipping away early on. But speedway can be a funny old game - and Tigers fans must be wondering what they do now. To be honest it probably creates a conundrum for the Monarchs' management too, as I'm sure there must have been some thoughts about possible changes even before today. But should they now put faith in this squad or go ahead and think about changes...?

For someone who was being touted as the best reserve in the league before the season started, Josh Pickering is failing massively. He needs to up his game and quickly.

So much for Josh going to be one of the strongest reserves in the league, as was touted before the season started. You're right, his gating is woeful and if he can't improve it very soon, he will find fans beginning to turn against him, despite the fact that he is able to command a following for his from the back passes.

Hope Ben Morley is not too badly hurt after what seemed like a freak accident. Quite enjoyed my first visit, though it was too easy ultimately for Lakeside in the end.

Sure I will. One of the few tracks I haven't been to, for whatever reason, but heard good reports this year about the racing.

I can't understand why Glasgow are allowed a facility for Harris, to travel to Italy for his meeting tomorrow, when in fact he's travelling to Poland to race there for Piła this afternoon! That's nonsense.
