He was also one of the main reasons Lublin stayed up a couple of years ago when they were promoted as he was hugely influential in the engine room of the team.

Looking forward to the Gdańsk v Rybnik match. Think it could be very good.

Enjoyed both meetings, particularly the tremendous match at Leszno. Just great to see speedway back. For an opener, some of the racing was really outstanding. If there are more meetings like that, we are in for a super season.

Patryk Dudek is isolating after testing positive for Covid. Looks like he will be going into ZG's first match in a fortnight cold. ZG are in the process of arranging guest cover, with Rohan Tungate possibly going to be named as one of two covid guests.
