I was wondering where the spreaders of doom and gloom from the Leicester site have gone to. I know know They have joined the Belle Vue site.

I have seen riders way back in the post war years when they were all on Japs have trouble, go back to the pits, take the engine out and replace it and take his next ride 2 to 3 races later today it would take 2 to 3 DAYS to do this. The bikes are so complicated. Has this improved the racing NO.

Think I am right but seem to remember that a rule was brought in that riders HAD to wear helmets during the parade and also you couldn't slap there hands as they went pass you.

This reduction for loyal riders is a good idea. but a lot more thought must be put into it first because you could finish up with very strong teams and very weak ones. I like to see close matches as I am sure most supporters would agree. But it is a pity that good riders are frozen out especially British riders.

Am sure that Gavin Caney can make a good job of a centre presenter because he is a speedway supporter of many seasons and should know what he is talking about which i felt was the trouble with some of those who replaced MB. Agree that the speaker system could do with an upgrade as the one in front of me has been missing for a long time.and as the pits are right behind it make it hard to hear at times.

Ever seen a meeting by (The men in Black) I think I've got the name right . as the Heats Finish the pit gate are opened and out come the next 4 It hardly gives you time to fill in you programme TERRIFIC ON A COLD NIGHT.

Does any one know what is the points limit for a No 7 as I have seen more than one on different line ups ??

The reason for a delay on a No 7 must be the very low average left. you could name a lot of riders but all must be well over the limit allowed. The delay could mean that they are assessing Josh's fitness and I think it will be him if has recovered 100% if not it might be Ryan. He made big strides last season.

I think that you are right about Lee He thought he was Great (which he was) Could it not have been to a lot of press coverage which he couldn't handle which is why I hope that the same thing doesn't happen to Robert Lambert & Josh Bailey etc. `Don't think It will. At least I hope not.

They are making stupid rules. Last year I saw at least 3 riders that were excluded for not going round the track and coming towards the tapes or coming across the centre green. what they should have done is stop a lot of the "gardening" when they get there, Don't know what but a lot of it should be cut out

Michael Lee was a brilliant Speedway rider but things went to his head and got in with the wrong crowd and cut his career to an early end . Sure he could have gone on several more seasons.

Could be that as both Rye House and Swindon are both Saturday tracks and the fixtures will be added later if Leicester do ride on that night. (Not sure if has been finalised yet) and Coventry WELL?

If Buster was keen on taking over Coventry and all their riders he had a big chance to do it last Friday. instead he is giving them a chance to run it themselves.

Nice to hear from Mike Bennett again,Am sure he will make a good job of his interview with DARCY. Boy how I miss him at Lynn .

Buster should just stick with Kings Lynn.He was not the one that got Leicester Belle Vue or Coventry into the mess that they are in it was the Promoters of those tracks fault. IF WHAT HE IS TRYING TO DO ISN'T WELCOME LET THEM SORT IT OUT.

Most of the big council talk a lot about SPORT STADIUMS But what they mean is Football Only It was good to see that Belle Vue included other sports namely Speedway as well. Cardiff had the right idea when they built a stadium which house all sports and is well used. Then they go and build WEMBLEY just for football. I would be interested to know who uses the pitch at Belle Vue ????

If this is the pre-2015 Davey Watt you are certainly on to a good 2nd string rider for 2017.

Would like to see Josh in at No 7. as he is a Kings Lynn rider with a big future if his progress carries on rather than go for another rider who has been around for some year and is not making any progress.

Hope that Darcy can raise a good team now. It won't be easy as so many of the top riders are booked. unless Coventry & Belle Vue pull out and that I don't want to see as it will be a poor league with so few teams.

Belle Vue Promoters or the owners must not keep it much longer to make up their minds as their are one or two riders wanting to know if they will be riding in 2017 . or whether they can try for Leicester who badly needs them.
