Many of members of the forum seem to seeking to replace Holder is his signing in doubt??? -
Could be that we will see a seventh rider after the P&P this week and see what some of the `Youngsters are showing after he last 5 Months.
-
Let us hope that this message gets through to the Nat League promoters and they give more chances to the youngsters in there teams I have always thought that was the aim of that League to many of the teams are full of riders that have been around for years and will in my mind never make it to a higher league.
-
Thats good news Lets hope all other teams do the same

It would be a good move to sign King and release Holder if he was missing because he has to be in Poland for a lot of Lynn's matches but are you sure that King wouldn't miss as many or more. because it is said that Ipswich would have first call on him. also if Lynn have already given him a contract He could sue them. -
Think that they might have a winning team, it will need to be strong because they have a track that will give them very little advantage if the visiting riders like to give it a lot of welly

The Goalposts Have Moved So...

I think that it is right that a rider can ride in 3 leagues. Josh Bailey for one will find it hard in the top league and a much better choice would be Sergeant or Nielsen but that would put LYNN over the points limit. not much but you could do the same for other teams who wanted to help out other British riders . but this would probably cause to much trouble now. -

We must stop signing foreign riders who turn out to be only 2nd strings and give more chances to British riders and perhaps riders like Steve Worrall & James Seargent wouldn't be put on the scrap heap. -
Don't think that Sky will drop out of coverage of Speedway as Poole are still running and they will show them every other week as they have for the last few seasons.
-
I think that that the BSPA did all it could do to save Coventry..I will never believe that they didn't want them in the league . they always a good draw and the Promoters will have at least 3 weeks to fit into the season. which was very sparse in the first place.
-
Would rather see King in the side and not the Pole. He is British and why should we Help Polish speedway as they do nothing to help use except stopping some of the riders coming here. Don't know if this would fit. re adverages??

I am sad to see that the 'BEES' will be not be running his season. let us hope that they can be formed nearby but some true Speedway supporters in the Coventry area. Its a pity that this was not known several months ago giving time to do something about it.

When it was on the cards for a while it was said that Olle Allen would be a good man for the job as he has put in a lot of time with the Youngsters And I think he could be a big choice (after all he was a rider himself) Thats if he wanted the job ????

From what I remember the Man City council wanted was a large Sports Stadium to rival Cardiff and to benefit the supporters from Northern England a Scotland. The "BIG WHITE ELEPHANT" in London is not a Sports Stadium. and big waste money So am happy that the aces will continue and become GREAT again as I regarded them as League winners last year being from the ''OLD SCHOOL''

I remember Billy Bales of Norwich Yarmouth and Sheffield (after Norwich closed) He to was very short and I think that he also had to have his frames lowered. He was another very exciting rider to watch.
