The official statement says it puts them in line with other events at the Showground, the trouble is most other events held there aren't static therefore people who can't walk far will likely have wheelchairs or scooters etc. -

Leicesters car park is a fair walk and they provide transport to the stadium for those unable to walk that far. Maybe Panthers will do something similar -
Being an asset means nothing these days if said rider doesn't want to ride for them. They will take the loan fee instead.

According to the regulations, a rider establishes an official MA after 4 home and 4 away meetings. Forgive me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure Vissing did more than that for Swindon -
