  1. What does it matter none of them are going to get picked anyway!!!
  2. Quite easy to get a train from central London to Reading station, probably take about 30 mins. Will probably be easiest to get a taxi then to the track, don't think it would cost that much. Have a look here for trains : http://www.thetrainline.com
  3. I did three bets, Crump, Hancock and Hampel, so had 3 out of 4 chances winning in the final. Obviously delighted Crump won but he won me the least amount of money.
  4. Practise it not open to the public at Cardiff. Even if anyone does look quick it doesn't mean a thing tomorrow.
  5. Yep across the road from McDonalds, we had to pick them up from there last year.
  6. We always park on the side roads round the back of the stadium, just over the river, you have to buy a voucher from the local shop, £2 for all day, we get there about lunchtime. No problems parking and no problems getting out either.
  7. bottom and second tier is always full, it's the top tier that shows how many are there.
  8. Unless you want reserved seating tickets I wouldn't bother getting them in advance from Sweden, just get them when you get there.
  9. I'd say definatly, Stead, Nicholls, Richardson & Loram. Then choice between Norris, Harris & Screen depending on form closer to the time.
  10. It was on speedwayworld.tv website and BSPA website last Thursday.
  11. Gaz you didn't quote the ones from before the GP series of Bjarne Pedersen being in the top 3 and Lindback being in the top 6.
  12. Think this will be the last GP season for Lee Richardson unless he does the qualifiers. Simon Stead should be in there instead of him.
  13. Another good night for Crump, saved the best till last with a great pass over Hancock. Puts him 6 points clearf Pedersen who I still think will miss quite a few finals this year. Rickardsson is about 23 points behind!
  14. Just hope for some rain during the day, that will make dirt.
  15. Yep I meant to post that, all that crap from Pearson and Tatum about it being watered, they are not there so they don't know what is happening.
  16. Has anyone got a recording of the GP on DVD please? I watched it when I got back on my SKY+ and deleted it but my mate found out last night his didn't record. Please send me a private message or an email to rbecking@yahoo.com
  17. They obviosuly didn't get it as they had the old one at Krsko.
  18. Not much in Lonigo, best is Verona really.
  19. The only way a referee can enforce it is if they change the rules that neither wheel is allowed over the line, then the puff of white dust will give it away.
  20. We were there and saw several riders go over the white line with their back wheel on the first & second bend, problem is it's virtually impossible for the referee to see, especially on the 2nd and 3rd bends.
  21. Got back from Slovenia last night, first 6 or so heats were a bit boring then it heated up. With heat 9 being a cracker with Nicholls, Crump & Rickardsson. Yes Crump got lucky in the semi but exactly the same thing happened to him 2-3 years ago there when he was leading the semi. Final was a great race, Crump showed exactly how to ride someone hard but fair, on the second lap he took Pedersen wide into the second bend but still left him room down the back straight, if it had been Pedersen on the inside then we know that probably wouldn't have happened. Great ride by Pedersen though. Glad Pedersen won it rather then Rickardsson because Pedersen will probably mess up a few rounds where he won't qualify for the final.
  22. Yep here is Crump with it too : http://www.jasoncrump.com/gallery17-2.htm
  23. Crump's 4th 15 point maximum on the trot.
