Would that in any business (not just sppedway) be a sensible quorum / number as then the chairman would have a casting vote rather than a vote and a casting vote in any 2/2 split. Not attacking RG at all as it would be the same with any Board with a Chairman with an even number of Members. Why not take the first step and apponit an independent Chairman - someone with a business background and an interest in the Sport but no Club alliegance at this time. Plymouth may have won last week and finished 4th they'll never know. Got a meaningless match now v Glasgow and the rider who caused the call off might not even be fit to ride.... That's speedway I guess. Hard to pick winners out of both semis with masters and pickering wright and Jenkins carrying injuries and Worrall not 100% and Kemp and Ablitt poor plus plymouth relying on a small number of guest options.
