  1. Stewart also lives with Allen so would be a wise move
  2. Interesting, when he gets out the van every week at Redcar having travelled from Kings Lynn. And stays in hotels in Middlesbrough for convenience when travelling back down to Lynn doesn't make sense. Doncaster is only an hour away he'd just travel back if that was the case.
  3. I hope and think we can hold onto Jordy. As for weights travelling I think the year he did Redcar and Somerset he found it very tiring. Peterborough is easily accessible which makes a hell of a difference
  4. He's definitely based at the track at Kings Lynn.
  5. I think you mean Jordy Stewart. He lives with Jake Allen.
  6. He's based at Kings Lynn's track so probably quite nicely placed for most of the UK really
  7. Hands off Risky!! Redcar need to re-sign him next year.
  8. I've said to a few people the decisions (as much as I disagree with both of them) made the meeting much more interesting but only cause the correct team won in the end. If Newcastle had become winners from those then it would have ruined it IMO.
  9. Watching the replay and at no point did Wright have both wheels over the white line
  10. Just announced he'll be riding in the UK next year. Who do we think it'll be for?
  11. Adam Ellis has already signed in Denmark so couldn't really sign for Poole on a Wednesday night
  12. Somerset may have had a different wage structure to Redcar though? They may have been willing to pay more for Wright than Somerset due to paying less elsewhere for other riders. Whereas Somerset signed 3 big hitters (one being Harris who is renowned for his expense).
  13. I'd guess protocol would be ask the rider who owns them, then go ask the promoter if they give you permission to talk to them and what loan terms would they require
  14. Promoters talk during the duration of the season so most have an idea the way it's going. Personally can't see Bacon back, especially not at reserve he's on 5.20 I think? If we could build a team to push Kasper into reserve I think we'd have a winning formula
  15. Seems to be one of the only ones not started yet. What's your thoughts? Who would you keep? Who would you get rid of?
  16. You looked at the wrong column. The 01/10 averages are in the green column
  17. I'm sure the rule states any rider that didn't begin 2019 in a championship side had to use their converted premiership average. Redcar did with Riss and Edinburgh did with Masters
  18. Got your figures a little wrong. Harris finished the season on 8.70 with only Cook (10.18) Wright (9.59) and Masters (9.03) above him.
  19. I'd say Adam was just as strong based on his unbeaten performance for Birmingham at Newcastle and is bang on form
  20. Fully agree here. Championship should be £15 max with any rider over 8pts pushed into the top league. If we don't have doubling up then we don't need fixed race nights!
  21. I don't think Tom will be back, but I hope he gets a NL spot off the back of his performances this year. I think at the time there really wasn't anyone wanting to make the step up as so many were quitting after finding it hard. I'd expect someone like Dan Gilkes to take the step up next year and really hold his own. (In regards to averages it looks like we'll have to make a change or two)
  22. I disagree. If he gets in the way of an opposition heat leader, allowing our heat leader to win then that's a 2 point swing. He was never signed to score big points. Even some of Greaves heat 2 wins have been helped by Tom popping out the gate and slowing the opposition down.
