What I'm saying is that a season riding a more technical track would bring him back a far more complete and consistent rider ready to be an out and out heat leader. I'm not saying bin the guy, far from it, its for the long term benefit of the club and the rider

Cop26, hotels etc just taking the absolute piss. Suggest probably look on m74 route, gretna maybe? About 90 minutes from ashfield

Yeah or will be next season. Turned 41 this year I believe

Man I'm old

Heart says yes, head says 42 year old coming back from serious injury will he maintain that form?

Well you see, German ex monarchs give me nightmares so not sure I could take that lol. On his best form yes I'd agree with you. Barker is in theory in a bargain average but how many years have we been saying that?

And probably at reserve. Sure Kramer was at reserve when came to ashfield, hammered us. God how long is it since Hull had to get about 3 guys out retirement just to make a team? Wasn't Mike Smith one?

That was some side. Wee Poty Sanchez was one of my favourite riders. Absolutely no fear when he first came over, had no interest in gating cause knew he couldn't!!

Congratulations on your KO cup win. Bridge too far for the monarchs by looks of it

Don't think play offs or KO cup go towards CMA do they? Hasn't been same rider last few weeks, too cold probably

Was trying to think of 7.5ish riders only one came to mind. Any of Redcar top 4 I'd take as well

Well was going to wait but since no idea if this season ever going to end thought get folks opinions on next season. Personally I think minimal changes. Cookie, Tom, broc and Connor are no brainers. Sam could possibly do with a season at a Newcastle, Plymouth type track help improve himself on technical tracks. Ricky I don't know, could he be an 8 pointer again, do we take the risk? I'd definitely go for a proper second heat leader. Maybe Ellis if is available all meetings. Heeps for Sam and would probably need 1* RS if current rules stick do maybe hagon, bebbee or hagon from mildenhall? No idea the averages but just opening the discuss

Fair point. If said belle Vue, Scunthorpe or Redcar different story

Far too sensible lol. I'd suggested that in best. Hold a play off tournament over a weekend at a neutral venue. But yes if gets it over I'd be for it. Whether each clubs money men would agree with me is a different matter

Enjoy your Christmas parties at the speedway

If Poole can have it on Friday call it a 1 legged final winner takes all and be done with it. Getting ridiculous now

Madness. Speedway in November... In Glasgow

Unless covers are on used for test match? Even so going to need full dry day tomorrow to have any chance

To quote Ron Burgundy.... Gee, that escalated quickly

Maybe I should've clarified as Poole fans had discussions with on here and met on my travels don't fall into that category. My apologies

And Poole will stop us this year and someone else the next, such is speedway we've no God given right to win things. That doesn't bother me in slightest

Yes it was a wonderful ride, stopped our momentum. Which I could fully appreciate and applauded. What's your point?

Championship fans in my experience are a bunch who genuinely get on and can have a decent discussion with. Poole fans don't fall into that category

We didn't win before you appeared we won't win after. Nothing to do with winning or losing my point

I'd never thought I'd see the day I'd want Edinburgh to beat anyone but Jesus I'd love to see them stuff Poole tonight. Get them back to the premiership asap please
