I don’t get the people that seem to think Chris is obligated to run Ipswich speedway, he’s done more than enough and is well within his rights to move it on, from a financial perspective he’s probably wishing he did it a couple of years ago.

It’s a bit of a chicken or egg situation but when we’re down to a 5 team league it’s hard for there to be much confidence and importantly financial backing into bringing back one of the recently demised clubs.

Even if they manage to scrabble something together regarding a league for 2026 how are you even supposed to build a team when riders are securing alternative employment overseas now because of the ongoing limbo?

It’s rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic at this point.

Swedish club places will be in high demand as riders seek some early week employment now the Premiership here is on its arse. What a mess.

Don’t worry, there is two big champions league games on tonight so there’s probably only us and about 3 others watching, and we know how consistently crap refs are anyway.

I can’t see anyone getting close to Bartosz next year, Brady had a pretty much perfect year and still didn’t win it.
