Oh come on Steve, let’s defend the YOUNG lads. brennan 21 flint 19 they ain’t past it mate, they not even began there careers. flint at 19 is holding his own at the difficult no5 position in Berwick team for most of season. brennan been heat leader most of season to at 21. Scoring double figures for belle Vue at the no2 position he also missed a year with a broken leg then a year with covid putting him 2 years behind. so another way of looking at it is, he’s like a 19 year old yes they struggled last night. But with 1 racing line right by the fence. Why would they risk injury when there have important matches still to come. Not everyone can be a dan Bewley, Michael Lee, bartosz Zmarzlik. Them top young riders come only every so often. now I’m not saying they will be world champions. But they will be better than championship riders. 100%

Lambert got the higher average in Poland. But seems to always start meetings off on the worst gates giving him bad starts. Then it’s hard to catch up. -

Just been having a right old chuckle to myself reading all of this. few observations, racing was no where near as bad as some are making out. Was a bit grippy early on yes but once it slickened off the racing was fantastic. Glasgow really should be too league and get the top riders on it every week Crashes happen. Yes it was long winded but they were 2”3 very nasty crashes/injuries. regarding the mascot being around Thomson. All track staff including the mascot made a circle around Thomson so us fans couldn’t see them attend to Thomson’s very nasty injury. He wasn’t loitering at all. The 2nd ambulance came to block the back straight view also while they lifted him into the ambulance. Well done Kim Nilsson, Dan Bewley and jack holder. best wishes to millik, holder and Thomson cant wait for my next visit to Glasgow. -

I am surprised that people do go to the Cardiff SPEEDWAY GP for the before and afters that is the sad state of affairs British speedway is in now

It doesn’t rain half as much as people think in Manchester you know.

First of all. Many congratulations to our boy blue. Daniel Bewley. Made it a special weekend for me. track was crap. I’m told the track was stored on top of gravel and when it was collected the gravel got in the track which caused it to struggle binding. That will be sorted for next year. regarding next year. there seems to be 2 type of speedway fans. 1, them that go for the racing 2, them that go just to meet friends and socialise. quite a simple solution. You have 2 UK GPs open the season in Manchester for us that want to see the best riders in the world strut there stuff. And in July/august have Cardiff still for them that go for everything the racing. everyone’s a winner. ps, I’d go to both
