Yet here we are 22 heats later and more passing than you'll see in a full season at Armadale. -

Nope, transponder loops should be fitted approx 9" behind start line to give time based on front wheel passing the start line as transponders fitted on handle bars -

We don't use the same transponders as the GP's, we use stock car transponders , take from that what you want. -

Is that 80% of home meetings or 80% of both home and away combined ? -

Vissing out to prove a point against his former club scores 13 just missing out on a maximum One day later Vissing riding for his 2024 team on his home track which suits his style of racing scores 4 from 4. As previously commented Vissing does produce some great performances but let's not forget the levels of inconsistency seen last season before Injury. Great guest for us but let's at least give every rider in the current Glasgow team a chance to show what they can do. -

Leon likes a bit of dirt, track was slick due to weather, the lad needs track time. He's come to Glasgow to try and press forward in his career so he deserves a chance to find his feet then push on. Get behind riders and not on their backs, look at last season when many had written off both Pijpper & Complin at the start of the season, yet both played major parts in Glasgows success last season. Nothing has ever been won at the start of the season, let the team grow then see where we're at come the time to kick up a gear. -

Leicester’s new training track
TracksideView replied to Honey Monster's topic in Youth Speedway and Development Leagues
Work started yesterday on the new training track for the Academy. Weather permitting it should be completed by the start of the season. The biggest issue is building the training track while not damaging the main track as the typical Scottish weather has been pretty much relentless rain for 2 months. -

Allied Mobility sponsored Team GB last year as they've done this year as well, with Allied's Cab's Direct sponsoring the Championship this season. Maybe Poole should have invested some of that "first prize cash" from previous seasons into purchasing some material for their track, but then again what would have been the point when every track grade consists of grading away any material produced from racing -

And then they would ask for a track that would produce the least entertaining racing in the league, so thanks but no thanks -

Think Glasgow are a fair bit away from a Scottish GP, but a long term plan and focus on providing supporters and new fans alike entertainment, facilities and hopefully some more silverware on the way. -

So Glasgow are doing further track upgrades, building a training track, creating an Academy ( bikes already purchased and arrived from Poland) , adding more seating to the new stand on bend three, invested in TV, Radio and Newspaper advertising and several other projects going on behind the scenes , so how exactly is that 'cutting the cloth relative to income of the club' ?? Glasgow promotion are focused on investing into the SPORT and not just the club. -

4 leaving, 3 staying, remaining 4 already signed. Bailey likely to be Redcar and not Workington as he wants to ride in Poland which would clash with Workington riding on a Sunday -

I met plenty and spoke with many , folks in the NID corner in particular were welcoming, as they were later in the George's pub. -
Glasgow would enhance the Premiership but does Glasgow need the Premiership ? Local Derby would change from Edinburgh to Belle Vue ,travelling fans (of which Glasgow have a large number) would have horrendous traveling distance with the rest of the Premier being so far south. Also not sure bigger speedway names would have major attendance increase in Scotland, higher costs with restricted income would be inevitable. Would be entertaining to see Glasgow in the Prem and on TV but think Glasgow will continue to build its infrastructure before considering moving up IMHO

Poole fans were very friendly and a credit to their club through the entire night. Gracious in defeat, and a good number stayed behind to applaud Glasgow being presented the trophy despite the pouring rain. And it was the same 2 years ago, unfortunately for us under different circumstances. -
