  1. Full statement for anyone unable to see: "๐Ÿ—ž๏ธ ๐—ฆ๐˜๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ฒ๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜ ๐—ณ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐—บ ๐—ข๐˜… ๐—ณ๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—ฑ ๐—–๐—ต๐—ฒ๐—ฒ๐˜๐—ฎ๐—ต๐˜€ ๐˜€๐˜‚๐—ฝ๐—ฝ๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐˜€ โ€œYou will be aware that over the weekend there have been a series of meetings following the termination of the deal between SIS and Oxford Greyhounds to stream racing from the BetGoodwin Stadium. โ€œInevitably that decision and subsequent ongoing negotiations impact on Oxford Speedway and I can confirm that Wednesdayโ€™s BSN Series meeting between the Cheetahs and Plymouth will not go ahead. โ€œWe will, however, travel to The Coliseum on Saturday night to face the Gladiators with the visit of Poole next Wednesday opening the official home season at the BetGoodwin Stadium. โ€œPlymouth โ€“ and I must thank Mark Phillips for his understanding and co-operation on this โ€“ will now visit Cowley on April 22 to compete the BSN Southern Section fixtures โ€“ a date Berwick were due to travel south to fulfil a Championship fixture on. โ€œThat fixture will be re-arranged for later in the season. โ€œWith complex and involved negotiations between a number of stakeholders, including ourselves, on-going and the added inconvenience of a double Bank Holiday I did not feel it was possible to run Wednesdayโ€™s meeting. โ€œI firmly believe that it is short-term inconvenience which will have long-term and far-reaching benefits for Oxford Speedway and Oxford Stadium. โ€œBritish Speedway Promoters Ltd and the Speedway Control Bureau have been kept updated regarding the situation, as has Oxford Greyhounds. โ€œI know there has been much online speculation and a lot of misinformation posted โ€œas factโ€. โ€œWe will keep our loyal supporters and sponsors updated via the clubโ€™s official channels.โ€ Jamie Courtney, 7 April, 2026 #OxfordSpeedway | #BritishSpeedway๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง"
  2. Apparently not - will have to pay via Lions TV to watch. BSN have just posted on Facebook saying meeting scheduled will now be replaced by Leicester v Belle Vue on 23/07.
  3. Interview with Gavin Parr on the stream tonight before the meeting. Gavin spoke about Riss' absence saying he didn't expect he would be back this season. That he would love to see him return over the coming weeks, but expect he'll need around 6 months out (based on previous occurrence).
  4. Matej putting a finger up to TNT twice, on behalf of us all ๐Ÿ˜‚
  5. With a bit of luck ๐Ÿ˜‚. I'm surprised they didn't pull the plug before now. Consistently forecasted for heavy rain here tomorrow.
  6. Ah okay, thanks. I thought I heard commentators mention paramedics being with him. Child needing fed interrupting my viewing ๐Ÿ˜‚.
  7. Dan is still on the confirmed FIM starting list, updated 20/05. Am I reading too much into that? Or is there a possibility he's still gonna try despite the injury?
  8. I'm no expert, but it looked liked bike problems, all night. He didn't seem to make the gates in any of the heats. He's posted on his social media update about bike problems: engine went in heat 9 and was using a 2nd bike with the wrong set up. I'm sure he'll be back to norm at his old stomping ground tonight. Editting: just realised your talking about Kye as opposed to Dan! Sorry!
  9. It seems the more he tries, the more he's denting his already low confidence. He really would benefit from stepping back or even down. It's a shame. He's only a young lad and we all know he has the skills and talent but with that comes such massive expectations.
  10. I don't even think tonight is as obvious as what other meetings have been!
  11. I'm watching on BSN. Longer delay as Woods is being checked over by Paramedics.
  12. Can anyone provide an update? Proboards are wrong. Noticed a couple of people highlighting this, then their comments were deleted!
  13. I watched Hagon win the u21s last year, he was like a different rider. Hungry for the win and oozing confidence. A couple of weeks later he had that bad fall at Berwick and smashed his face/ broke his tooth. He didn't ever seem the same after that, could see his confidence getting lower and lower. Such a shame as he has shown his skill and abilities. I really do hope he finds his mojo. Whilst it seems harsh, dropping from RS feels a bit cruel to be kind.
  14. He was the same at Glasgow on Friday. Won one heat - got out at the gate and stayed in front so no concern about anyone coming too close. Scored poorly (if at all) when not at the front from the gate.
  15. Yep, we were headed to the same place. I stopped following the diversions and went in through Glasgow which was a little less stagnant. Not a soul working! Quite an extensive bit of road to be closed for just one night too.. By the looks, the road closed at 9.55 - kicking myself for not bolting towards the exit sooner and could have perhaps missed it. Will check for road closures next time ๐Ÿซฃ.
  16. Great to see Ashfield so busy tonight! Hope I'm the only numpty that got stuck in the loop-de-loops of Glasgow with a chunk of M8 westbound being shut. An hour and a half for a 10 mile journey ๐Ÿซฃ.
  17. Thank you! Feel a bit underwhelmed, there seems to be such big gaps. Maybe my memories wrong - I thought Eurosport went live every Monday? Or was that perhaps just towards the end of the season? Really glad I signed up for the full BSN pass.
  18. Well done Redcar ๐Ÿ‘. Referees decisions were shocking. Cook was disqualified for a lesser move than Riss, yet Kerr was disqualified. Appreciate someone has to go, and there would be critics regardless of the decision made, but consistency is key. ...Clearly Jarvis doesn't spend his free time NID ๐Ÿ˜‚.
  19. Does anyone know if a schedule has been released for the prem meetings that will be shown on TNT? Or when prem meetings are likely to start being aired on TNT?
  20. There was 9 rider changes in CL last season, according to the green sheets; which doesn't account for all injured riders covered by R/R and/or guests. It shouldn't come as a surprise that there are changes of team/rider during the season, this one is just more planned than normal.
  21. He's been confirmed on the British speedway announcements: https://britishspeedway.co.uk/championship-rider-announcements/ I don't make the rules. I'm merely a deluded fan that decided to collate this year's list ๐Ÿ˜Š
