Received mine also. Ryan Air are pretty good, you don't spend all your time standing in a queue at check in. You can relax with a coffee Hope the Air Polonia pilots are not working for Ryan Air now

I suppose if I was going I wouldn't book anything yet until I knew it was confirmed. The only way I would book is if I was to go with TP Tours, then if it doesn't happen I would expect to to get my deposit back. As for hotels, I went to Italy 2 years ago on a 7 day tour plus 7 days on an Italian Cruise Ship. The ship was first class but some of the 3 star hotels were like 1-2 star hotels elsewhere.

Yep, I'm here Tigerblade. Been asleep all day after the dentist and after nights Tommy Knudsen is my all time hero, Last time I saw him was in a hotel in Copenhagen at breakfast with his son. Doesn't he run a sauna business or something along those lines? Wouldn't it be brilliant if Tommy came back to Coventry, even just to be a fan Tommy should have won that World Final in 1981 after beating Bruce Penhall. That day I had a jacket on full of Tommy badges, also had a Tommy sweatshirt on. I also remember Tommy beating Bruce in a last heat decider against Cradley. That was the day I met Tommy with Sue Binnell (the fan club secretary, what is she doing now?)

I reckon it was the middle of July for 2 weeks. That was when the Glasgow holidays usually took place. It was definately during the Scottish school holidays roughly between Jun 27-Aug 17.

It's my 25th Anniversary this year of going to speedway. My first meeting was Weymouth v Boston but I can't remember the date and the scorers etc. The week after it was Weymouth v Glasgow. It was in the summer holidays. Anyone know? I can remember Guglielmi, Yeates, Lawson, Wigg etc. and they were both very close meetings
