Probably the best Ukrainian rider is Andrej Karpov at the moment. Racing in the Polish 1st Division, the Swedish Alsvenskan League and the Danish Speedway League (correct me if I'm wrong).

Well there are 3 active tracks in the Ukraine; Chervonohrad, Rivne, Lviv. All in the west of the Ukraine. Rivne is the closest track to Kiev, approx 300km west from Kiev.

He retired for a couple years and now made his comeback, gave speedway a try again in Brokstedt a month ago and is now racing for the Brokstedt team. He's got some pretty descent results already.

The Dutch and German tracks that are listed in post #1 are all proper speedway tracks. But the most only stage 1 or 2 meetings per year. -

You can add Blijham to Holland, and Chabarovice to the Czech Republic. I rode in meetings on both tracks this year. -

Also visa problems for Mads Korneliussen and Nicolai Klindt, that's why Jan Jaros on #3 and Edward Kennett on #6. Gotta say that it's a pretty big shame this visa crap.
