  1. What time is it starting? Goodluck to Lourens and Kennis! Will be very very very tough for the boys. Lourens only did 2 or 3 speedway meetings this year sofar lol.

  3. Sorry for the lack of updates in this topic. Dutch speedway isn't very interesting these days, but Belgian speedway is! . The Belgian speedway fanclub is going to stage their second Club Speedway meeting in Heusden Zolder on the 13th of June. Lineup looks pretty promising for just a 'club meeting' (no payment to the riders). Speedway A: Mark Stiekema, Netherlands Nick Lourens, Netherlands Ronny Weis, Germany Thomas Sörensen, Denmark Speedway B: Wim Kennis, Belgium Bert Berckmans, Belgium Jesper Veldhuizen, Netherlands Sjors de Jonge, Netherlands Bart Uil, Netherlands Randy Oldenziel, Netherlands Anne Spaan, Netherlands Robert-Jan Bangma, Netherlands Henkie Koonstra, Netherlands Bert-Jan Bos, Netherlands Achim Busker, Germany Matthias Flick, Germany Vincent Tocheport, France Florent du Roure, France Andy Braithwaith, UK Also riding are the Old Boys, the Rookies, 250cc speedway and 125cc speedway. Just to let you guys know, everyone can entry this meeting. Just make sure you get signed up before the 6th of June. Heusden Zolder is only 2.5 hours away from the eurotunnel in Calais. The track is Heusden Zolder is pretty big, about 400 meters, big speed!! . If you want to race, get in touch with Nico Moors on this emailaddress: moors_nico@hotmail.com. Oh, and on the day before (saturday 12th June) there is a free practice from 10am till 6pm!! Should be a perfect weekend to get some skills on a big speedway track.

  13. I agree with Ian there, great three days racing at Assen. Shame I can't go to Berlin. Sven Holstein won't be riding in Berlin. He got some shoulder problems and I've been told he will miss the start of the sidecar grasstrack season too.

  23. Don't worry mate, not your fault. Anyway, I think we'll stay home... the weather forcast is still crap for the weekend and I'm not taking the risk to come over and then get the news it's off . Oh well, always a next time. We'll try it again in April/May when the weather should be better hopefully.
