The Dutch Tracks: Blijham is the best track 266,5km from Hamburg Veenoord is also a great track 315,9km from Hamburg Vledderveen is crap, rubbish track 281,4km from Hamburg Lelystad, nice track but small (290 meters) 419,8km from Hamburg If the EC Quali is on, go to that meeting (Blijham), if not, go to the Golden Helmet meeting in Veenoord .

The Ice Racing season is going to start this weekend ! Blagovesjtsjensk, 7985 kilometers from Moskow, will stage the first International race of the year. These European riders are espected to race: - Johnny Tuinstra (The Netherlands) - Günther Bauer (Germany) - Stefan Svensson (Sweden) - Per-Olov Serenius (Seden)

Loads of problems with the Dutch Track Racing commitee . The whole commitee quited after some problems.... Blijham was very angry because they were organizing the Final rounds of the Dutch Championship....... but the KNMV decided to organize 2 another round in Lelystad at the end of October.... because only 3 rounds where ridden, Blijham wasn't amused by this at all and decided to cancelled the Speedway in 2007 (they had the EC 125cc and 1 DC round). Looks like Blijham will organize one meeting this year.... a Quali round for the European Championship.... but nother sure yet . (hope you understand )

The MSC Steingaden will stage a International Ice race on the 6th of January. Saransk will stage a International Ice race on the 20th of January (Prize of the Head of Mordovia).

(from speedwayworld.tv) GRAND Prix newcomer Fredrik Lindgren has accepted an invitation to compete in the 2008 Australian Championships as the third and final International competitor. Lindgren, awarded a nominated place in the 2008 World Championship, will get an early start to his racing as he joins Joe Screen and Filip Sitera amongst the three riders competing alongside the stars from the home nation over the five-round series. Organisers feel that Lindgren will automatically become one of the favourites, despite his unfamiliarity with the circuits, and they expect him to be battling for a podium place at least. The Swede will be bringing his regular Polish mechanic with him. Lindgren said: "I cannot wait to arrive in Australia. I’ve heard a lot about Speedway down there and obviously the sport is strong with both Leigh (Adams) and Jason (Crump) finishing on the podium in this year’s World Championship. "Having been confirmed as a full time Speedway Grand Prix rider just one week ago and this confirmation today, October has been a very big month for me. "The Linddales Australian Championships will be a vital opportunity to ensure all my gear is ready to compete at World Championship level in 2008."

With only one round to go (tomorrow at Lelystad) Jannick de Jong became Dutch Champion Speedway 2007 at Lelystad today. This is his second double (champion grasstrack and speedway) in row !
