It seems that Balakovo/Russia wants to stage a semi final for the SEC (including extra cash for the riders). Will be interesting to see how that will work out...
Tickets to be released soon. Still no confirmation from FIM about the calendar.
As for the traveling: take the train. Look here: https://www.ns.nl/en
You will like Heerenveen. It's an awesome venue Just a bit wierd it's staged so late, but that's due to the speedskating.

Calendar seems te be confirmed. I put all the dates together here: https://www.baansportfansite.nl/nieuws/1464/rusland-maakt-ijsspeedway-kalender-2018-bekend.html
They are all waiting on FIM to finally publish the calendar. The provisional Russian calendar was like this:
09/10.12.2017 - Kamensk Uralsky
27/28.01.2018 - Ufa
24/25.02.2018 - Togliatti
I think it will stay like this, but don't book anything yet.
Provisional calendar for Russian individuals:
16/17.12.2017 - Qualifiers - Shadrinsk, Ufa, Neftekamsk and another.
23/24.12.2017 - Final 1/2 - Togliatti
05/06.01.2018 - Final 3/4 - Kamensk Uralsky
Qualifiers should be in Ylitornio and Örnsköldsvik according to the German forum.
Heard its more like a Europe team. So I guess with Simon, the Bauers, maybe Ledstrom? Anyway, pretty cool. Hope they can stage the final league rounds in the break between Inzell and Heerenveen somewhere
