  2. Saw the Robins at Belle Vue recently, they were excellent & probably should have won. Monmore's tight turns shouldn't bother them, Wolves will need to be at their very best imo to win this one. Hope the rain stays away, prediction 42-48.
  3. That was some some race heat 9 - Hampel at his brilliant best..
  4. More brilliance from Pepe, credit to Gorzow for their comeback in the second half of the match. Two excellent matches today.
  5. Pepe strikes again! Some race heat 8.. Echo the sentiments of BB & Pawel about Rory Schlein, sounds terrible, hope for a full & speedy recovery.
  6. Love watching Pepe Protasiewicz, the old boy's still got it!
  7. Brilliant ride from Przedpelski, what a talent! Excellent match, ZG v Gorzow has a lot to live up to.
  8. Good afternoon gents. Hoping for a good showing from Scott Nicholls. Great to hear a bit of Frankie Goes to Hollywood being played too over the PA too!
  9. Huge 5-1 for Hancock & Lampart, despite the considerable efforts of Pawlicki jnr! 5 heats to go, tipped Leszno pre-match, i'm not so confident now..
  10. Spirited effort from the back by Trojanowski in heat 11, got his reward on the line. Watt looking quick, hope he doesn't bring that form to Belle Vue tomorrow night! :-)
  11. How good was that heat 5??!! Thought it was gonna end in tears though - ferocious!
  12. Was interested to see how the Olympic Stadium in Wroclaw will look after renovation. Looks pretty impressive.. http://wroclawuncut.com/2015/03/06/olympic-stadium-renovated-124-million-zl/
  13. Poor old Oskar Polis - 5 rides & hasn't managed to finish a single one yet! North seems to have gone up a level this year, impressed me each time I've seen him race.
  14. Thanks Alan, the Krakow stream working perfectly here too. Solid looking Rybnik side, looks a tough job this for Lodz today..
  15. Brilliant racing, congrats to home team, credit to Gorzow for their part in an exciting match - hope nSport pay Grudziadz a visit again soon!
  16. A massive pat on the back to everyone involved in 'Ricky's Big Day', enjoyable day from start to finish. The rock band, Ricky's emotional lap of honour in the open top car, Screeny's wheelies, the meeting itself flowing smoothly with the F2's & 125's filling the gaps - it all worked really well. Plenty of cash was raised in the after-meet auction in the Panorama Rooms too, all played out in the presence of Ricky & his family. Terrific gesture by Steady with the winning bid, £250, for his own racejacket. And fair play to Nigel Pearson shelling out plenty for Darcy Ward's racesuit (an irony not lost on many who watch Sky!) but all in good humour, very generous for a brilliant cause. Was great to see so many fans from tracks near & far, wouldn't argue with crowd estimates previously posted. Lots of riders too who weren't racing in the meeting but were there to support Ricky. Special atmosphere all day long. Definitely a speedway occasion I won't forget in a hurry!
  17. One of the benefits of being a Belle Vue fan has been watching Jason Garrity progress, from doing solo laps from about 12 years old (?), through to racing for the Colts, then sadly him moving on. He's a kid with a real raw talent, but at times looks like an accident waiting to happen! In terms of SGP he's miles away, but I take Dean's point - with good guidance & on some decent kit he could carve out an excellent career, a-la Chris Harris/Scott Nicholls. If he does make SGP he'll sure ruffle a few feathers!! :-)
  18. Gorzow deserved champions. Fair play to Leszno too, never gave up, future looks bright for them with a core of outstanding young Polish talent. Really enjoyed the chat on this thread, fun & no negativity - have a great winter gents & roll on zuzel season 2015!
  19. Agree, Leszno needed stellar performances from Pedersen & Bjerre to have any chance, they haven't delivered. Credit to the Bulls though, plenty of effort, simply beaten by better team.
  20. Linus Sundstrom showing the kind of form he was in 2 years ago. Saw him at Belle Vue & thought he was a real talent, had bad injury same night. Great to see him race like this tonight.
