  1. Just started to spit abit with rain now, but it`s still bright. will keep the weather updates coming.
  2. About 1 and bit miles from stadium, Weather update: At the moment abit of blue sky, few clouds and sunshine towards the stadium.
  3. I think a majority of the Elite sides don`t want to take a chance on the young riders. They would rather look aboard and get someone in who no disrepect to the ones over here but Better riders. As we keep hearing Denmark, poland and sweden having their riders having facilities to learn we have hardly anything apart from the odd training school. The best young riders i`ve seen in the last couple of years are Josh Auty,Joe Haines,Craig Cook, Gary Irving and Jason Garrity. But until the BSPA take speedway seriously from the the grass roots upwards instead of just looking after their own interests, then sorry to say the days of british riders progressing will never happen.
  4. When i first heard this idea i wasn`t to excited but a couple days later and thought about it. it`s a great idea, it means we can race against teams from the "NORTH" and even have meetings against local sides or close to local. As Buxton stands outs along with Scunthorpe, Stoke and Dudley. As it would make a change our fans not having to drive about 6 or more hours down south everytime. Be great to see the Heathens ride our track once again and them bringing there huge support to kirkylane, along with the other teams nearby. Hope it happens as someone said one of the best meetings we had last year was the Colts v the US touring team. FINGERS CROSSED IT HAPPENS!
