It's Steve who has said it's meaningless. I disgree, it is an official competition with a trophy at the end of it. However, I think most Wolves are feeling deflated after the Swindon result, and as I have said previously with no news on Jacob and Freddie these are worrying times. Furthermore the Aces are a much better team at Monmore than the robins, so the overall result is a foregone conclusion. All of these things together lead to the lack of enthusiasm.☹️

Congratulations to the Aces on their win. Can we just finish the season now please ? With no real news on Jacob and Freddie, these are worrying times 😓

I've just had a look at the Express & Star website (our local paper). There is an article about the Heathens possibly having nowhere to ride next year. It talks about nowhere to hold 'races' rather than meetings and calls us the Wolverhampton Wolverines ! Rubbish E&S !

Well the Belle Vue Premiership winners stickers were never a consideration, as when it's Wolves v Belle Vue there is only 1 winner.............😂 Aren't professional speedway riders, as that is their job, able to ride anywhere If not then you limited in being able to perform your job ?

It was a squeeze this year to get in Lindgren, Thorssell and Masters, so next year even that might be out of the question.

Well that depends upon unknown BSPA rules yet to be decided at the AGM and whatever out averages total up to. We must be over the current limit, which would lead to very difficult choices. Assuming Lindgren and Thorssell can resume their careers, they should be the first names on the team sheet.

Of course I would rather be our position than yours,but without Lindgren and Thorssell, anything can happen. I don't think Harris has been as good at Monmore this year as in previous years. Also using r/r the remaining top 5 riders HAVE to be on form.
