Are Ipswich giving themselves the best chance of winning/or keeping it close? Surely RR isn't the way to go. -
Ipswich Witches v Leicester Lions - Thursday, 22nd May
Baldyman replied to tocha's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
I wasn't there so don't know for sure,, but seems like we were beaten out the starts,, were bikes shortened to try and improve this? Who knows,, but a dry slick track never suits us,, so why was it like it,,, only going by comments about track and blue groove showing it's face again -

If the track is bone dry and extra slick,, the Lions winning wouldn't be a shock,,but I expect the Witches to win by 10 -
Well a dislocated hip was far better than an open fracture which has been mentioned.

It looked like there was very little material on the track to begin with,, so already fighting against keeping moisture in. The track was looking okay at one point,, then was left to dry out pretty quickly half hour before meeting. By then I guess it was too late and was more or less bone dry after heat one. It's prob the worst I've ever seen it though. Luckily for Ipswich Klindt run out of puff. Not sure what's up with Boughen,, he showed so much promise as a 15/16 year old,, now looks scared

Surely with belle Vue not being a big money club,, it would be a cheaper version like,,, I can't believe it's not butter or utterly butterly 😜 -

Does the Premiership need a salary cap?
Baldyman replied to LagutaRacingFan's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
But how much is the cap, and how many players are on the top salary? -
