  1. If the Fricke that likes Foxhall turns up, and Rushen shows his vast improvement seen on other tracks,, then this hard to call. I can forsee a last heat decider with the stars doing the business
  2. Speedway has always used the motto No brakes no gears no fear,,, it's not working, so let's change it up,, add some brakes, add some gears and add some fear,, change the engines to 1000cc, let's make it more dangerous and faster with more chance of serious injury or worse. Isle of Mann TT is very popular due to its massive danger
  3. Quickest way to make speedway popular again is by somehow adding a ball,, people love ball sports. Football, Rugby, Golf, Tennis, Basketball, Handball, Netball, Snooker and so on,, all more popular. Each lap the riders try and kick a ball into the goal or hole or hoop, or over the net,,, simples
  4. It's a bit like formula 1,,massive crowds for that, a tiny percentage for club racing
  5. Just shut it down, and everyone can move on with their lives.
  6. Some ipswich followers getting all stroppy about Doyle on a belle Vue page,, it's quite a funny read
  7. Doyle to the Aces,, shame we didn't have a little re shuffle to fit him in, although I thought there was a 3 league rule,, and sure he already does Poland Sweden Denmark
  8. Not sticking up for them, but that track does look like it's pretty much underwater.
  9. Peter Collins raced in a world final with a broken leg and finished second
  10. I tell you what,, Kye has to be the signing of the season,, I bet hardly any other clubs even considered him.
  11. I didn't even know they did live updates
  12. Would expect a witches win, but on a dust bowl, a few of their riders look good,, Klindt has been woeful so far, but in Poland Sunday he was mustard on a tricky track, so could be full of confidence,, and Kye has been on fantastic form so far
  13. Trust me, I would love it to be a success story,, just like I wanted Crump to be, I love nostalgia and would love to watch a team or meeting of Golden greats. I just don't think it happens very often where someone has been away from the cutting edge competition and made a great success. Also he was already on the slide a fair bit when he last raced at this level, but like you say,, with Scott and Hurry and Danny, it will be like being around old mates. I hope he atleast beats the RS riders regularly. Also as mentioned, not moving for JJ was a big mistake, especially if they already knew things were going south with Bangs
  14. And with the track now an absolute concrete dust bowl, should suit his style
  15. It says if Bangs is still available after the 28 days he could slot back in,, more to this than meets the eye. As for Kennet, what's the worst that could happen,, he could be poor,,, but if he has re found his love for speedway, he may just be okay,, let's hope it's not like when Bridger returned
  16. Not sure if at all tracks,, but isn't their normally a meeting Co ordinator
  17. Not sticking up for them, but was it a case of meeting start time 7.30 and first race 7.45, as some other tracks are
  18. Wow,, well done foxes, a last heat decider for the win,,, if only I would have thought of that
  19. In the best interests of the sport, the Foxes need to win a last heat dicider, and send the crowd home happy, before some start drifting away with the constant losing. I hope the crowds are still as good as the first couple
  20. Bednar, Pollestad, Drejer, theres a few more
  21. Think Ippo missed a trick there with not changing Bangs with Jepersen
  22. What happened to the days of throwing loads of sawdust down, mixing it in and getting it done
