Bloody good on ya ..... like I say I'm entitled to an opinion and so I'm having it please or offend I don't think girls/ladies/women should ride speedway Your quote not mine ........ GO GIRL POWER . IF U GOT THE GUTS TO RIDE SPEEDWAY . GET OUT THERE AND DO IT !!!!!!
-
I, like everyone else here is having an opinion on the subject Norbold ...... sorry but don't understand your last line about a few men having been World Champion in those 40 years, obviously (as it was in the one offs) it was the best on the night that won, if and that really should be a big IF there is a woman out there that can race with the best and become World Champion then maybe she would care to step forward but, you and I both know that really is NEVER going to happen. Well not in my lifetime anyway
-
I just don't think it's a sport for women, if you'll excuse the pun I don't think they have the balls for it. You have your opinion I have mine. I've been brought up in speedway for (god I hate saying this!!!) 40 years and I've yet to see a World Champion who is a women hmmmmmm apart from NikkiP nope he just acts like a girl
-
Obviously you never saw her Rabbit ..... She was like a spaceman with padding in places I didn't think you could put it 10/10 to her for having a go but Women (with the exception of Maxine Hill and Jessica Lamb) should not ride speedway/grasstrack bikes

1. You've never met me so please don't judge me 2. It was an example as to why me and mine go and probably a fair few others as well, not everyone who goes to Cardiff cheers the Brits on, like I said some of mine are Danish, Australian even Swedish fans so whether there are Brits there or not it wont affect their decision to attend ..... like I said it's speedway it's the British GP yes but the Poles amongst others come over for it as we go to theirs 3. It's a forum I'm entitled to my opinion as you are to yours, attack the post not the poster isn't that whats in the rules

Shazzy is wondering if PaulH is actually her brother but then he is wayyyyyyyyyyyy to young to remember Uncle Ted riding, infact he's only seen the video I have
-
He's only a boy with a lot of ambition that should say really, as for the expense of it, I feel sure there are a lot of sponsors out there that will come forward to get there names on bikes, kevlars, vans and merchandise. Should really of given him a go, got to start somewhere in the GPs put him in as a permanent wild card who knows what he would of been like after a season of GPs. Oh and it's not a case of wearing my heart on my sleeve, I will always consider Tai as an Aussie but will cheer him on as a Brit if and when he eventually gets the chance to enter the GP series. Being patriotic am with you there Sandie but ...... as I have already said I do think Tai should of been considered and not because of heart on sleeve, also Chris Holder reckon he could of had a good series as well. As much as I love to cheer on Scott, he's not going to do anything..... we all know that but heyho another year of SexySteve at Cardiff we're happy I think you are wrong there ..... when Mark Loram failed to make the GPs I debated on going, the thought of all those people in Cardiff having an excellent weekend and me sat at home watching it on tv made me think ....... nah I'll cheer on someone else. My brother is a NikkiP fan so he don't go for the Brits, my Mum is an Aussie/NZ fan, my lad is a Scott fan but he'll grow out of it Me I love the Brits but if all else fails (oh dear have to admit here) I do love to hate NikkiP, yet secretly I love them all, Hans, Jason, Greg, Leigh, Bjarne, Fredrik ..... if there are no Brits in the race I pick out another and cheer them on for that race, it's not all about going and watching the Brits at the British GP ...... it's about Speedway. (edit: Oh and the Aussie bar and catching up with friends ) Good Luck to both Scott and Chris in next years GP series.
