We had a dog track @ Canterbury.......... it was the downfall of speedway!
-
who's year will it be in the gp's?
shazzybird replied to beesboybert's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
Well I would just love to say Mark Loram (even if it's just a Cardiff win!), Scottie Nicholls was flying on Saturday @ Eastbourne but, then again as long as it's a brit, Sorry Grumpy you don't count as a Brit as you have previously said although you was born in Bristol you are Australian, and as already stated he is too temperamental too! If not a Brit then Ryan Sullivan x -
what about squatters rights can't we go in and take it over
-
Got really bored this afternoon, decided to watch the Cardiff Grand Prix from last year again...... excellent viewing could watch it over and over again!!!!!!! can't wait for this years Grand Prix
-
I saw Ove Fundin for the first time @ Rye House this year! Probably the first and last time too lol
-
Like you say Dick, there were quite a few people willing to help if only he had asked, Pride is a terrible thing! Ruined our speedway and at the end of the day his life too. I liked Chris Galvin and even El Tel had character ... his shirts at times beat Steve Hones' just a shame they both got involved on the promotion side. Didn't El Tel have something to do with Iwade too? Remember him being there most Sunday afternoons, did he not take that over for a while?

"Eastbourne who are they?" if your old enough you'll remember that!
