Somerset V Berwick Friday 17th Aug.
Robinh88 replied to Brooksy's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
I don't think our league posistion is anything to laugh about, nor will the increasing amount of empty seats be. I'll be there at 7 though Team management at its finest, better not say too much people might start asking about me -
Berwick V Leicester 18th August
Robinh88 replied to Tompy's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
I think Leicester will feel they can take a point here, they wont have a better chance! I'm hoping for a few passes between now and the season's conclusion just to keep me satisfied until March 2013 -

What about the break in, was the merchandise ever found? or are Plymouth jackets and basebell caps being sold worldwide too millions
-
I hope Plymouth can get something sorted under the right ownership they could be a real force on and off the track!

Simon says (clap your hands) Repeat Replaced by the Panthers and dropped down to Poland's 2nd tier, yeah Krystof Buczkowski is really special. I'll tell you a couple of Top class riders who don't get dropped by there parent clubs or drop divisions mind one hasn't been to Berwick before so you probably wont have heard of him. I do agree with WJM in the respect that there will be some intresting races. Yes I did manage to make it too Queensway Medows last year and had a very enjoyable evening! Thanks for the offer.... -

Who are the World Class stars, may I ask? -
I disagree if Henning Bager and J Sedgman are at reserv, Bager would be a good reserve in the PL not the EL
-
Bit suprised to see Ben win it considering it certainly was not a weak field. Not really sure why firiegn teams have not selected him, there loss. He's a grafter and I really hope he continues to get better. He's certainly got the confidence and I see him being Britain's No1 in 2 or 3 years Just my 2 pence worth Fisher will be ready by next Friday that is for sure!
-
I think its great Ben is doing another year in the PL. He was magnificent in both matches I saw at the SBA unbeaten in both meetings. Certainly kept the intrest up for the Plymouth fans paticularly early doors when wins were hard to come by.
-
Depends its all if's and but's, he could be a very astute signing, that I will say. However Bowden signing Franchetti was quite frankly stupid and probably ended Plymouth's chances of winning the PL title!
-
Certainly agree with your first point! Did think Boxall's return to Rye House would have been the catalyst for him, he did have some good scores.... This IS probably his last chance with no Newport (at the moment sadly) competition for places is going to be tougher than ever before. He's certainly got the talent and the ability to score heavily at home but it really is up to him!
-
Never really worked with Bunyan did it, looked a shadow of his former self when Plymouth visited Shielfield!
-
Wouldn't argue with that point about Glanz
-
I don't think Berwick will do a Newport at all but I think Plymouth's crowds are healthier than Berwick's I also think Plymouth's septet will cost less, admittedly Plymouth dont have the GP challenge. I still dont get your point about Plymouth doing a Newport, have you been to the SBA? its a hot bed of Speedway apart from when the lights go out in Heat One!
