  1. Just read these pages and not one mention about Bjerre's contribution last night. He is a lot better than some of the Lynn riders on show and you didn't want him. I am sure Belle Vue fans must be pleased with his performances this year.
  2. The riders came round the track which was in good condition and the heavens opened, the track was under water in 10 minutes. No way could the riders have ridden. Harris was there just after 6pm.
  3. James Shanes would be a better bet than Tom Bacon.
  4. Sadly I cannot see us getting anything from this meeting so will go for a 54-38 defeat.
  5. Well that was my first venture to the higher league this year and if that is the sort of entertainment, then it will be a long time before I go again. Apart from being cold the racing was dire with only one real pass. Well done to Belle Vue who look a good team. Holder just going through the motions and will be back at Poole next year.
  6. Said the same myself as it always gives you the option for a big hitter in heat 8. Great performance from Jack Holder tonight.
  7. No, it was my birthday and had a weekend in Wells Somerset but did get home this afternoon for today's meeting.
  8. The one thing Redcar will bring is a team of racers. I do expect us to win so my prediction is Panthers 50 Redcar 40.Looking forward to it.
  9. we are allowed to put him at 5 in the home fixtures and change for the away so no problem
  10. scored 3 points on his last visit all as a result of the 4th rider not finishing the race.
  11. Didn't say I wanted him back but cannot think of any other team who would be after him.
  12. Grondal has put on that he has signed with a British club so would imagine he is back with us at number 6.
  13. Sad news indeed and should be a reminder to people on here who seem to get pleasure in other teams misfortunes that most clubs are in a position where they do not make money. Think before you write as one day it might be your club.Hopefully something can be sorted.
  14. Simon Lambert should be back as he was having a good season and racking the points up at the Showground before he got injured.
  15. Brady Kurtz would be my choice as number 1.He hasn't had a good season at Poole so think he will come back to the PL. He rides our track well. Agree that Lasse and Hansen plus Morris and Simon in the team and make up with what we have left.
  16. Excellent news that Ged is still at the helm and made public so early. Now let all us Panthers fans give him the backing he deserves.
  17. This should be an excellent meeting and the new boys have to perform well. My prediction is a last heat decider with Panthers winning 47-43.
  18. Cannot see us getting anything from this meeting and expect King and Barker to go unbeaten by a Panther so will go for a Witches win by 52-38.
  19. Another close meeting tonight but think we will edge it 47-43
  20. Well done Scunthorpe and especially MPT who came back to bite us where it hurts.
  21. Expect this to be close with our injured riders out especially now MPT at reserve
  22. Enjoyed my first Elite meeting this year.Stars off to a great start with the Aces slow out of the traps so never looked like losing. Impressed with Rose last night and pleased to see Troy in better form.NKI and Robert did the business as did Simon at reserve. I was obviously interested in how NBJ went on his debut.....give him time and he will be ok. As others have said Made was poor.Too many Aces not quite on it tonight.
  23. Panthers have been doing this for a long time. Simon is very sociable and has photos with the kids. Remember that the kids are the next adults.Great PR and every track should do it.
