  16. Just to clarify there are a few tables where it is for Mr "Smith" and party ..... no full names, dates of birth, addresses, phone numbers , bank details , card details ..... how many Mr "Smith's" are there etc ???? As the person complaining will never use the system it doesn't affect him and when things return to being able to pay at the gate will he be standing in the queue to anonymously put his cash down and watch his local side???
  17. it does NOT publish the name and exact location of every customer in the inside seating area . A few tables are reserved and the occupants have some family and friends who join them and it is NOT full details . It is NOT a breach of data protection . Nearly everyone who uses the system says it is a good and easy to use system ....but I suppose not everyone can be happy
  18. BIRMINGHAM will resume their 2021 season next week. The Brummies will return to action with the second leg of their Knockout Cup tie against Redcar at Perry Barr on Wednesday, July 7 (7.30).With talks ongoing with Birmingham City Council and Perry Barr Stadium management regarding potential walk-up admissions, supporters are strongly advised and urged to purchase their tickets in advance via https://www.trybooking.com/uk/eventlist/speedway.Any supporters who struggle to purchase tickets online are encouraged to ring 07544 294420 with staff members available to help over the telephone.Co-owner David Mason said: "We are desperate to get things back up and running at the very first available opportunity and that will be on Wednesday, July 7 with the visit of Redcar."It goes without saying it's still a far from ideal situation but we can assure supporters we are doing everything within our power to try and make sure we can crack on with the season."We said we wanted to be back at the start of July if other outside factors allowed and whilst we wish we had a clear-cut decision regarding walk-up admissions, we need to try and get things going again."We can't stress enough though how we need every single person's support and backing because this really is a testing time for us."We've said before how we need healthier crowds on a regular basis at Perry Barr and we don't want to be the people at the helm who oversee any sort of demise."The Birmingham supporters are fantastic; they're loyal, they're enthusiastic and they get behind their team."We know there are so many more out there though who don't come as often as they used to - and while, of course, we appreciate how hard everything is for people at the moment, now is the time to get everyone back on the terraces."Work has been continuing behind the scenes and as a club we feel we're as ready as we can be at this moment in time."We had Dixie Dean (track curator) down on Sunday and he spent all day working on the track."Everyone knows we encountered a few problems on opening night but it looks and feels a lot different after all the hard work he's put in and from here on in it should only improve week-by-week."We've been keeping the boys in touch with everything that's been going on and as I'm sure you can imagine, they're just itching to get back to it."Yes it's a job for them but they genuinely believe that as a group they can achieve something this year and they are keen to make the rest of this season one to remember for all of the right reasons."
