  1. Hahaha, i think i might still get the chinese but i'll probably just go home after work, can't see much to get excited about (or worthwhile), trailing up to my folks' house to watch this i'm afraid!
  2. Smashing, thanks, i could just nip up after work then and grab a chinese and watch it with the butler (only joking about the mansion and butler)........i can dream
  3. Is this on Sky on thursday then? My folks are off to the States tomorrow so i'll have the keys for the mansion, i might go up and watch it!
  4. I've just seen a picture of this ref in todays Speedway Star, looks like he'd be right a home in his local branch of the Pink Flamingo club, especially with that moustache, what a mincer
  5. I saw on Sky Text the Dryml's top scored, how did Adrian get on? Sorry to interrupt the Lynch bashing, do carry on
  6. Specsavers actually sponsor Scottish referees and it doesn't make a blind bit of difference, all decisions still go in a Glasgow direction!
  7. I knew i should've went up my mums to watch it, but personally, i'd rather there had been racing at Berwick than it all stopping for this, i'll watch the Youtube clips when i get home, can't see 'em at work
  8. Thats a great site by the way, i spent ages on it the other night going through all the pictures from the A-Z of tracks, great stuff!
  9. (think that might be lost on most on here but i'm with ya)!!!
  10. I remember Rob Grant Snr at Berrington, would've been 86/87 and i'm pretty sure it was Eric Monaghan that took him off on the 3rd/4th bends, well, if Granty wasn't waiting for him when he came back round to get back to the pits and smacked him one with his helmet still on!!! Half the pits and centre green staff were over trying to sort it out, i remember i was sitting over in the wee stand on the back straight but when this kicked off we flew over to the 3rd/4th bend for a better view of proceedings
  11. Berrington Lough in 1986 as a 13 year old, sadly i've lost all my programmes from back then so couldn't tell you who it was against but that was me hooked on speedway!
  12. Yeah it seems like it does doesn't it
  13. Well done Tai, Wuffy Snr was one of my fave riders as a kid, i alwalys keep an eye out for Tai's results too
  14. I've not got Sky and i'm always up my folks for lunch on sundays but sadly the repeat showing is always to early for me, wish they'd put it on a bit later and i'd catch it!
  15. Do i get a prize??? And next weeks Lotto numbers in acsending order are.......................
  16. I can't remember who it was against but i'm sure it was 1986 at Berringotn Lough and that was me hooked to go every week until we moved down to Banbury in 1988 and my dad used to take me to Coventry when he could, its funny because i generally can't stand motorbikes but theres just something about speedway that grabs you and doesn't let go. Moved up to Inverness in 1989 and never saw live speedway again until i moved back home to Falkirk in 2004 and within travelling distance of my beloved Bandits, only missed a handful of home meetings in 2005 but finances are dicatating otherwise this season with having my own place again sadly I've still got all my old Bandits badges from back then too, Charlie McKinna, Rob Grant, Steve McDermott etc and a few Coventry Bees ones too!
