and therein lies the problem!!They've been trying to put this into operation for years, but never been able to achieve it due to real constraints re stadia. I'm sure that hasn't gone away miraculously so what has changed to think it will be achievable?? However I do agree that fixed nights would alleviate the DU/DD problem somewhat but to force 3 CL clubs to make way, to me is not in the interest of British speedway.

Hasn't fixed night speedway been talked about forever?? Why is it that it has never materialised before now if it is so easy to put into practise Whilst I think we all agree it would be beneficial to the sport over here, let's not have a knee jerk reaction because 1 rider "threatens" to walk away, it should be for the benefit of British Speedway, and indeed ease the DU/DD fiasco somewhat. If as has been stated Monday and Thursday is being muted, I think that probably answers the second part of my post. Only 1 PL side races on Thursday, but 3 CL sides do, potentially putting 3 clubs out of business is hardly benefitting British Speedway is it Also, unless I am very much mistaken, isn't Monday the rainoff day for Poland? What happens then?

My goodness, we've had two dire meetings this season, both against the panthers, Bomber excepted of course, the rest hmmm!!! Cam didn't look too clever when he walked back to the pits tonight, in a lot of pain holding his arm Fingers crossed not too badly injured. Anyway we gifted them heats 13,14 & 15 which bumped their score up tbh.

Don't think Poles can ride in Championship can they?? Don't they have to take out an ACU licence , if so that'll be worthless because they won't do that surely if they are any good that is.

Please add Nathan Greaves to your list Sidney, as an injury replacement for our Danyon Hume and reserve for wolves, he is an absolute 100% trier and never give up attitude that fans just love to see for their team. He and mountain have improved so much this season it's great to see.

Was great watching Bomber at Foxhall again, great guest for Worky. Nice little win for the lads, seemed at the start of the meeting, only the white helmet could gate though On to Edinburgh

Also let's not forget he has been a last minute addition to Polish team due to Greg Hancock's injury, so to me that makes it worse!!!
