The clubs do benifit financially from Sky otherwise it would be a pointless exercise. Speedway doesn't get the National media coverage that Football gets, and never will. Although they could put themselves out a bit.

And clashes with GP's. He does really need to start looking at midweek fixtures. Its not as though they are sharing there stadium with anything like most other EL clubs do.

The skies were clear mate, so there was no problem with the watering. Nothing wrong with the base its the top stuff. Nothing that a good spike more dirt then left then a good grade wouldn't fix. Then a good blade. Turn one needs a bit more attention. But it will all be sorted way before the play off final..

Lets put this into perspective. You will never get the top boys back here whether you have one night a week or 6, they are not going to come back here for a pittance in comparison to what they get in Poland Sweden and the GP'S, they are very happy with there lots. Poor quality of tracks, yes there are many of them, but you cannot have it all ways. To run a speedway club it costs a lot of momey, to bring back the big boys it would cost a hell of a lot of money to bring in good track equipment would cost ALL club a lot of money, and the majority of clubs are struggling now. I do agree with the point of poorly shaped tracks, speedway is an entertainment business, and having drab 1234 speedway is not entertainment. And yes, the rule book needs shredding and re writting

Hans is still a very good rider, and i might hasten to add a good Captain, he does what a good captain should do, lead by example, on the track and in the pits walking up and down checking the boys. ATM i really can't fault him.
