If you wanted ALL the big boys back here you would be paying something like £20 admission. The big boys don't want it, they are very happy with there lot riding in Poland Sweden and the GP's. Why would they want to increase there travelling to come and ride here for a pittance compaired to what they get abroad for less travelling. You might get a few but the majority will not come over. I think you will find first and formost the message to the curators will be to make sure the meeting goes ahead and that the track is prepared to withstand a couple of showers. The track would still have been very wet yesterday, hopefully, they would have had sombody there midday ish to turn it over with the mesh, to at least dry it out a bit. and if you have had no rain in the morning it could eventually be prepared in the normal way. Dirt is the last thing they will be being delivered...
