  1. I think you will find first and formost the message to the curators will be to make sure the meeting goes ahead and that the track is prepared to withstand a couple of showers. The track would still have been very wet yesterday, hopefully, they would have had sombody there midday ish to turn it over with the mesh, to at least dry it out a bit. and if you have had no rain in the morning it could eventually be prepared in the normal way. Dirt is the last thing they will be being delivered...
  2. RP, its total jealousy of our clubs success. And we certainly don't intend to stop now.
  3. If you cannot defend a 14 point lead, then you certainly do not deserve to go through. But i'l tell you what, if Swindon open up with two 5-1's you will all be biting your nails..
  4. I reckon Heathen Chemistry Kennt bee firefly and Robert72 are all the same person..
  5. Surely you have homework to finish... Or are you stuck on 1+1 =
  6. RP forget it, your wasting time trying to convince no nothings.
  7. Firstly we havn't got there yet. And yes you can still progress, But your heatleaders have got to put in a shift of there lives..
  8. Don't forget Garrity, he's very good at that. In fact he's so good the REFS have now picked him up.. Shame...
  9. Oh he'l be there to. Should he bring a sack of potatoes to plant in the track. Right time of year to plant them im lead to believe.. Right up against the kickboard is the right place, so im told. Somebody from Belle Vue told me that, they grow grass out of there's..
  10. Speedway is a dangerous sport, but if i was getting paid per meeting what he was getting i would show some commitment as well..
  11. Not at Poole... Give the BSPA a ring and see if you can take over. As for your bottom sentence, i would ask Neil Vatcher and Gerrald Richter the same question.
  12. If they are not ready for it they shouldn't be doing the job...
  13. Ive already mentioned that. Im very sure a club like Coventry could farm plenty of Volunteers to cover the track. Mind, its not a 5 minute job, as we found out. You sound suprised.. Yeh, quick run round with the spikes and there you have it. A perfectly prepared field...
  14. Yeh, never been my best point. You just stick to reading the Welsh Sheep times.
  15. They get through the semis, they will be a handful for anybody.
  16. No i just got fed up with the same old crap put in the papers. Maybe your just easily pleased or lead.
  17. But you still won't get all the big boys back here. They are very happy with there lot riding in Sweden Poland and the GP's. Why would they want to come here and up there travelling for a pittance compared with what they get in the above ?
  18. And you would be paying something like £20 plus for Admission. But like i said before, you wuill not get all the big boys back here, they have bigger fish to catch elsewhere. And STILL, EL clubs would own there own stadia.
