Ghostwalker Is the r/r for Rospiggarna everyone bar AJ and Mads?

(Weekly r/r question time!) Ghostwalker will it be all but Lindback for Pepe and Vaculik Nilsson and the reserves for Walasek? Also any news on whether AJ or Musielak riding/not riding would be much appreciated. Thank you

Ghostwalker how are the gate positions chosen for heat 15? Is it a coin toss or do the losing team choose and if so are the gates set i.e. Red off 1 or 2 Blue off 3 or 4 etc or can those be chosen too?

Nearly as complicated as the English Elite league then! I did wonder why the last few weeks teams have picked riders then they haven't had a ride like Tarnow did last week.

Thank you. I'm just getting into Swedish speedway now its on Eurosport and I'm getting my head around these rolling averages (one week number 1 the next week number 7 Mr Watt!!) Also last week I saw Daniel Davidsson was listed for Vargarna and they had r/r for him. Is he still out injured? And does that mean he can still be listed in the official lineup instead of say Billy Forsberg and you can have r/r for him if that's the way the team managers prefer to go?
