  1. The Aces choose the 1st leg so we are losing out on what we wanted, not Ipswich. Although personally I prefer the second leg at home.
  2. To be fair it's only mid September, it's just unlucky. August was a shocking month for rain.
  3. No there not we went proper racing, close scores don't mean great meetings, you won't grow the sport like that.
  4. Postponement is the right call, weather from 6pm looks horrendous. We don't need poor tracks in the play offs it won't do the sport any good. This also favours both teams, chances we see Norrick and JD back next week and the last thing the Aces wanted was a heat 10 call off.
  5. CW is 6.55. Lidsey can take an r/r. Jack been given enough opportunities he's simple not good enough at Prem level.
  6. Its either off or a 10 heat meeting. Just call it now, if the weather forecast is right there is noway this is on.
  7. He needs to make sure he's ready to return, it won't do Ipswich or him any good if he's not at it, he got a massive hit to the head and these types of injury's can worsen before the get better. If he is ok to ride Thursday that's pretty amazing.
  8. On a normal track I'd agree, but if it goes ahead with the forecasted weather it's going to be a tough track.
  9. Not so far, it's been drier than forecast this morning. It's looking grim from 6pm onwards though.
  10. Yes I agree. Doyle is capable of winning every race he's in around the NSS, he's also a leader. We cant pretend that it's not a huge blow to Ipswich to have him missing. I do feel that the weather could be a leveler tonight though. Personally I think if the Aces win by 10 then they will defend that in the second leg, 8 is par, 6 or below Ipswich are favourites.
  11. There hasn't, but he was knocked out. So if they are sensible he won't ride again until after this weekend.
  12. I'd say slight favourites over Ipswich with Doyle out. If we get to the final depends on who it is, and if it's Sheffield who their guests are.
  13. The rain will even it up. I think Doyle is more of a loss of Thursday than tomorrow (Still a loss of course). I'd happily take a 10 point lead into Thursday.
  14. Sad news, been a bad couple of weeks for injury's.
  15. Why didn't they go for Lambert, what about Fricke, why not bring Jack Holder in. It's like Chris Louis wouldn't of done any of that if he could. As you say Laguta won't be allowed to ride and probably doesn't want to anyway.
  16. Nope. Sheffield would of already done that if possible.
  17. Yes he is, you posting this doesn't change the actual facts.
  18. Ha ha Brilliant. It's as factual as most posts on the guesting rules.
  19. If Fricke has already agreed to ride for Sheffield (I don't know if he has or hasn't) then surely he can't ride for Ipswich?
  20. No it doesn't, absolutely not. They may be signed off for concussion, but it doesn't mean it has lead to concussion.
  21. He knows that he stating what he'd prefer, which would benefit both teams and the playoffs.
  22. Most probably not, but there is every chance meetings are called off this week so he could le be back yet. Also and I'm not a doctor but knocked out doesn't always lead to concussion, but I'm not sure of the rules regarding if it's automatic week rest.
