I don't think any club will bankrupt. I don't know what now I think Wroclaw and Czestochowa finally will get the licence. Czestochowa paid all money in 3rd November (3 days after deadline) and Wroclaw 10th November.

Harris? No thanks, he wasn't going well in 1st division... As Mateusz said - there is few options. Probably Gapiński is close to Bydgoszcz, maybe someone else. For a few years there was meeting in Piła in December, now club is very poor so I don't know if there will be any. Besides that there are sometimes Speedway Gala. Don't mix with ice-reacing : this Galas are just speedway meetings but in ice halls.

I think not so much. It is sth like "oh, bad PZM was so unfair to us, everytime they're saying that everything is our fault, so we will start in Elitserien in next season". Possibly there will be new club created. Not so soon. First the chairmen must decide about the regulations for next season, what usually takes them a lot of time. There were first meeting of chairmen from 1st and 2nd divion. Don't expect transfers so soon. There is regulations, that until end of November clubs cannot negotiate with riders from another clubs, they can be just prolonged contracts with old riders.
