I mean something else, Gray. Loktajev in Polish league is riding as a Russian, because he is Russian. But in Ukraine he is riding as Ukrainian, because he has Ukrainian licence. Difference between him and Cukanov is, that Kiril is riding in Polish league as Ukrainian.

Loktajev is the same case as Cukanov (Tsukanov? I don't know transcription). They are Russians, but riding with Ukrainian licence.
