165 - No
171 - Yes
193 - No - this is a Sheffield rider, more famous for his exploits elsewhere, of a continental flavour
195 - No; this rider was guesting when this pic was taken
Thanks Steve.
Anyone game for a shout at the following:
165 (Y/B)
171 (Y/B)
193
195
Can anyone confirm that 171 (Blue) is Borje Ring please?
.......and falcace where are you??............do I have to dig out another Tony Forward pic to tempt you out of hibernation??
And for the extra bonus point (anoraks at the ready), we identified two riders in 121; can anyone identify a third??
Well that's it folks - another 100 pics from the 80's have been added. I'm happy to add another 100 if people are interested in the trip down memory lane..............comments appreciated.....Thanks!!
Frigbo I have no idea who the Exeter rider is. For a man of your calibre however I don't doubt that you're right . However, the Tiger is not Mr Hagon........... ..............in fact, is he really a Tiger at all ?
Thanks frigbo.
186 - 190 Yes to all
191. Yes to Mr Brannefors - but who's chasing him??
192. Yes, in this June '82 pic
193 - 195 ??? No clues yet. Whilst 193 is not the best of pics, I'm expecting this to prove to be quite troublesome..............
Thanks Tac Sub.
Thanks very much indeed Andrew for taking the time to do this. Conclusive proof indeed. I actually still have that picture of Darren Boocock (next to the picture of Rod) and was going to put it up soon
Thanks Andrew!
Thanks for clearing this up Andrew. Must admit I thought it was John Frankland...............strange how time blurs the memory
Did you have photographs in the programme?
Thanks Andrew.
173 - Well done Steve; I thought this one would be difficult
180 - Yes x 3; particularly good shout on Mr P, if I may say!
182 - Hmmmmmmmmmm?? - cast seeds of doubt in my mind here.../Yes/Yes
Anoraks - can we have a view on 182/White pls.
Thanks Steve
