Just Got Back From Rome.........
Crazy robin replied to Steve Shovlar's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Welcome back Steve, I think😀😀 -
Poole will get Newman & Ellis in the draft for sure.
-
You want to bet they don't become available in 2016 as they will be in hot demand like they used to be before they made the draft rule to get rid of them. Think Pavlic, Erikkson, Alden, Lampart & others who took advantage of it before.
-
With Ash doing his bikes he'll be a rolling success😀😀
-
Don't think you'll be the only one. Either don't have a limit & let teams sign who they want or stop with the crap that it's done too make the sport more even. One team will dominate in both cases but at least their will be honesty in the sport at long last. As a heat leader on his average Hans is still worth a point improvement & a good signing. Why do they really make the sport so difficult & why did they not listen to the pit falls of this race format when it began.
-
Come on Steve as Garrity will go in the top 5 after 4 meetings & the new reserve will be a Jonny foreigner that the rule was brought in to stop. You really couldn't balls things up anymore if you tried.
-
Adam Ellis will be at Poole in 2016 & whatever it takes for it to happen will be ignored or agreed to by the gutless other promotors
-
He'll need to get himself set up with a ride in Sweden or Poland if he isn't in the Premier League next season.
-
They won't be on the list then as the promotors are inept when it comes to making the right decisions.
-
To be fair you changed him pretty quickly.
-
Did you not see that Swindon signed Miedzinski last season & we're going nowhere before Darcy signed & after his injury.
-
Of course he will.
-
Great news for Wolves then with Freddie as a 2nd string & good luck to Hans as Poole have signed a proven winner whilst the rest sat on their backsides.
-
I'll have a bet that isn't the way it's done as what would be the point of using Premier League averages if it meant Poole couldn't pick Adam Ellis as a result of them having last pick for 2nd draft reserve.
-
Kurtz was a certainty as his several low scores at the end of the season for Somerset proved.
-
It's a joke & when will be the right time to use Elite league records for these draft riders!!. Surely the whole point is to see how the big time reserves like Garrity, Newman & Worrall kick on in the main team.
-
How is it a closer reflection on their ability than using the league they rode in?. What do Poole want, Kyle Newman to still be a reserve for 10 years!! That's what should happen if the other riders from last year use a Premier League average & would mean all British riders are treated the same. We all know it won't happen though.
-
Only a Poole fan would say that as it gets Newman down the list(AGAIN) & no doubt they can pick up Adam Ellis or a stronger 2nd draft rider as a result. Why oh why don't the other promotors think of their own fans when making these decisions that gives the STRONGEST club the advantage.
-
Adam Ellis off to Poole then😀
-
I would say it's a bit of riding for his local club & the fact the riders in the Premier league are better quality than definitely the 2nd draft rider with Kyle.
-
Totally agree & I blame the promotors who could've voted against it. They wonder why their crowds are dropping when they put their clubs at such a disadvantage. At this rate Poole will continue to dominate as they take advantage of the rules with riders like Newman & Brady Kurtz.
-
What a surprise that it helps Newman & Poole AGAIN😡😡
