Crazy robin

I think it's when the play offs start & I guess it means unlike last year the 2 teams who get knocked out in the Semi's riders will not be able to guest in the final. As usual it's as clear as mud.

In a league of only 8 teams it causes serious problems if one team decides to not let their riders guest to an already ridiculous situation & does the sport no good at all. It would be great if they said from day 1 of the season that was the case & didn't use other riders to guest for them as a result. I understand why they are doing it but don't think it's right & would say the same thing if Swindon did it.

He might be at Lakeside & Poole but can't see Kyle getting regular rides in Poland like Zengota. All Kyle has done is beat riders who were always behind him in the draft since it started so no real surprise. Let's see how he gets on in the main team next season. Everyone said that from day 1 of last season anyway.

James has only just got a team place at Plymouth so has not been riding at all this season. Given time he'll do ok again but just needs meetings.

I think if we knew the Bees actual line up then most would've gone for a Robins win. No Garrity is a massive loss for you especially with R/R.

I apologise as it's just play off rivals that the riders are not allowed to guest for thus meaning Max could ride for Lakeside. It's wrong as guests are a sad part of speedway even more in today's speedway than ever before. Either all clubs stop their riders or no clubs do it so it's fair to all.

So it's not true that they've refused to let any of their riders guest for other teams then is it????

Let's hope if teams need guests in meetings vs. Belle Vue then all the other play off teams give them first pick as that will be poetic justice after the stunts Belle Vue have done😀

Fair play to Kyle Newman but all he has beaten to get his points tonight were Kyle Hughes, Luke Bowen, Ben Morley, Kim Nillson(2) & Max Fricke. Apart from Nillson & Fricke it really shows how easy it is for him as a reserve to beat such low draft riders.

Whilst the lack of communication is so poor you really have to feel for clubs trying to get guests when certain teams won't let their riders guest so injured riders are forced to grin & bare it as a result. This happened to Swindon with Charles & he pulled out after 2 rides at home to Lakeside. I just hope the riders who would've preferred not to ride tonight if a guest was possible get through it all right & don't cause a crash as a result. Clubs stopping their riders guesting are causing even more of a problem with how the sport looks.

Just shows how ridiculous this draft system is especially when clubs are stopping theirs guesting so stopping them getting much needed track time.

Swindon have no reserves so basically they will get a point in each reserve race & only another if an e/f or fall so the top 5 have to score 44 points between them. Not impossible but will be highly unlikely so has to be a Bees win surely?.

I wouldn't take much notice of that.

Will take any win tonight but as Orion has posted we've gained through Nick having a great start to the season so on paper got stronger guests in. Kings Lynn gain as I assume Milik hasn't got a new average this season yet & Robert has like Nick had a strong season before his injury. The perils of the guest will never go away.

One hell of a lot stronger than with Robert or Milic riding & any win will be a good one. No room for a Robin to have an off night or we could be beaten.

Stefan top scores for Belle Vue last night & only has 2 points from 4 rides for Ipswich tonight at Somerset. That just shows how much of an easy ride they get in the top league.

Still favour Kings Lynn & Belle Vue as Swindon have some tough away meetings & could easily lose at home to Coventry.

Zengi & Nick didn't help in heat 14 either but 15 + 4 compared to 5 at reserve was again the massive difference.

Whatever happens Darcy has at least gave Swindon a chance of the play offs which was something we were not going to have & I for one said he'd get his average down but he's shoved that right down my throat. I still think we'll come up short but what a ride the last few weeks have been😀😀

Poole, Coventry, Belle Vue & if Kings Lynn pick the right guests for Lewis are far better than Swindon's reserves.
