I don't agree with this format at all. Peter Karlsson could end up with 8 points finish second in the semi and second in the final and he's through.Antonio Lindback could score 14 points finish third in his semi and he's out.That's poor. I hope the young exciting talents like Lindback make it to the GP's next year.Come on Floppy too. I've been off the forum since saturday night and just caught up with these posts.I can't believe anyone would take the breeze block comment seriously.For christ sake take a look outside in the real world and ###### that is happening everyday, Sudan,Iraq,Al Qaeda [ or however you spell the mothers ] Whos really sad ? Read through some of the rubbish on here and quite frankly it's just not worth replying to.But i notice some of the people having a go at team GB, or the ref, or saying sour grapes etc support other countries.I bet none of them actually come from THAT country.They are the type of people that give this country a losing mentality, the mentality they speak so often about.Go away Glory Hunters.I have about as much respect for you as Hans 'Sh**house' Andersen.

Last nights meeting was unbelievable.I can safely say without doubt that that was the greatest televised Speedway meeting ever.At least in this country.I taped it and watched it tonight [ after avoiding the result ] Gutted when the first 5 heats went awol as i lost the transmission due to the torrential rain that caused Sheffield's meeting to be abandoned.Could have been worse though.So glad Sweden and Poland qualified.I'd rather watch the likes of Jonsson,Lindback,Gollob,Kolodziej,Hampel etc than old farts Boyce and Johnston.Sorry Cobbers [ Got to say this cos Johnno went down too easy and i didn't like Boycies comments on Lindback ] I can't wait for the Final.Before the World Cup i fancied Denmark to win it, but after these 3 meetings i don't know.It's anyones now !!! At the Eastbourne meeting and in all the speedway press it says that the manager is ex rider Piotr Pyszny.So who's this mad Viktor bloke.Is someone telling porkies ?

Sorry,Steve Shovlar is wrong.Bjerre was nowhere near Richardson.There was two foot of clearance between them.Richardson looks back going into the corner then lifts and loses control.This causes him to fall.And yes i was doing my nut at the time saying Bjerre had knocked him off but when i saw the replay from the inside of the first bend i could see this clearly was NOT the case.

Thought the track was crap early on,far too slick and i thought we were going to have the most boring GP yet this year.But the track did improve as the meeting went on though. If the Danes did fix the track [ and i did wonder about gate 4 myself as i was watching it ] so what.It always amazes me when you get the likes of Mark Loram moaning that the track wasn't the same as in practice.It's been the same since before Hans Nielsens days for gods sake !!! They always make the tracks grippy in practice then slick as a babies bum for the actual meeting.It happened in the World Cup last year too didn't it [ We were caught out then too.....doh ! ] I can't believe they haven't cottened on to this yet.Then again we're a bit slow on the old uptake in this country.What do we do instead ? At the World Team Cup at Peterborough in 2002 we did it the Danish way.Grippy as hell in practice then slick as hell in the meeting.Cue moans from team GB.

He did three dubious manouvers in the GP [ not like Mr Andersen that,ahem ] the one you mention.Heat 6 i was doing my nut at Muddle'ard.Domino effect ? What crap.Loram in red and Max in blue never even move out.Andersen in White takes Dryml's in yellow front wheel away causing them both to pile in.Lovely left elbow right in Ryan Sullivans kisser in Heat 12 aswell.Got criticised last time i questioned Mr Andersen better be careful,ahhh what the hell.

Hi Sue boy Steele,oh that's funny Whacko,im still chuckling.! On the Richardson - Bjerre incident when i first saw it at the angle above tapes i thought he'd knocked him off,but admitted i was wrong when i saw the view from inside the first bend.Bjerre is nowhere near Richardson,there's over a foot or twos clearance.Richardson lifts and loses control when he looks back going into the corner.Correct decision from the man with the duster !!!

Oh right.Well it's funny Nicki didn't mention this in his explanation to the ref.I was just peeing miself watching his antics.Did you see that poor cameraman he went for when he came off the track ? The whole charade was the funniest thing i've seen in years.Classic Gold !!! I lost count of the 'effs' [ as the tv pictures cut away back to the track you could just hear Nicki say " Turn that off it's not a f*****g tv show " ] Well they'd better not see this in Hollywood cos he'd certainly be up for an oscar.Really funny when he went towards the cameraman then pushed his own pit crew guy and went to the phone,notice how the tv camera is right behind Nicki but whenever he turns around it backs away every time.Wonder where Ole was while all this was going on ?? But seriously this shows why cameras SHOULD be there in the pits to bring us what goes on.People said last year after they intruded a bit on Jason Crump they shouldn't be there.Well i disagree.If theres controversy i want to know whats happening. On the other side of the coin,good to see Nicki pull his bike off the track in the Final.A lot of other riders wouldn't have even bothered.I wonder how much influenced Nicki was by Jason saying to him it wasn't his fault [ the heat 19 crash ] but the refs instead.I think Jason Crump is dead crafty when it comes to stuff like this,i always think back to the Loram - Rickardsson incident that cost Rickardsson the title that year,and one or two other contentious incidents.Can't knock Nicki for it though,he did pull his bike out of the way.

With 7, YES 7 new threads started allready on tonights GP i didn't know where to post this so it seems apt to post it on this one. There's never a dull moment with the GP's these days is there ? A bit of everything in there,even saw two sides to Nicki Pedersen tonight. At various times watching i was like this....
