As per my previous comment on this thread, for me, SS has always been front two page headlines followed by back page(s) results and match reports. Understand your budget is limited. However, you have enough detail to restructure the result, scorers, headlines of each meeting separately, also include the team(s) news. Rather than the multi meetings format that doesn’t flow.

Posted similar several times. These freaks hate silence, no response at all - eats them alive and eventually disappear. Although, tissue sales would fall. What a sad life they must live.

Sadly I have to agree. Recently received my subscription renewal notification. To which, for many (many, never been without my Star) a year I have always automatically renewed. Just can’t take to the new format. To me, it’s the front page headlines followed by back page(s) match results and meeting reports that are the initial go to. Never thought I would say it, I’m out. Just my opinion and feedback.

Ged stated if he didn’t get a buyer he would do another season, rather than see the club close. Of course we don’t know if that would have happened. Thought I read those massive losses turned into break even. Every season we go through the ‘will we or won’t we’. Confidence is much lower right now. As you say, doubt there are many takers out there.
