The Use Of The New Silencer

I wouldn t be worrying about them yet as u16 won t start til late april and by then you ll know at moment there in all league but been told there are already talking about them not been in, as vince say u16 won t find much difference just the fact you ll have to buy new as no old ones yet. The main diff is heat and when your in deep dirt they make it very hard to handle. But I will say we used one on a 250cc on 400mtr track and at full throttle for 4 laps there wasn t much difference just the sound. -
All teams in nl need a top man and bekker is one on and of track, he is always ready to help the other lads in the team and would be welcome in most nl teams i would think.

Think you are missing a qualifier as if i remember right there was a newport round as i know myself and phil pickering were buxton s riders in that round think i got 8 and 15 at buxton to qualify but broke collorbone before final riding for stoke. -
Dudley heathens featured in a bbc 1 show inside out monday night, see if we can get a load of hits on bbc i player, maybe bbc will do more in the future if they see the interest http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b0071mv2

Congrates to buxton and as everyone says jason is a talent but I asked ash and he said his dirt deflector touched my front wheel and unsettled my front wheel and down I went. I would also like to say jasons grandad asked me what ash had said about the crash and i told him which he replied that will do for me as ash doesn t lie and as for speedwaysquashman saying he intimidating that s wrong as if you watch speedway at this level and u15 you d know that ash and jason have had some great races and respect each other very much. -
Having had a 250cc and a lad that rode it to its max i can t agree with you they are more expensive to maintain, parts are cheaper and only need and engine builder not tuner. I agree they cost the same to buy brand new as a 500 but believe me as someone who is now paying for 500 they are alot more expensive to run. As for your point about practise if you have your own bit first doesn t that put a bigger gap between you and adult riders and having been round with my boy i can say we have never had problem with advice etc. But I do agree more needs to be done for young lads.

Why do people always write about the bad yes 3 lads had of nights and they know they did and are hurting because of it but how about some praise for the 4 that had good nights. Lee and Jake were brill Micky great for a first time at the track and Ash well 7+1 from his middle 3 rides was excellent ( and yes he my boy but i am proud of what he did ) I had a good chat with rich and he will turn his away form around, as for Tom he has to work on his slick track riding if he wants to get up the speedway ladder and he will ps Tom has riden before but don t think was alot but I know he did a meeting or two for swindon sprokets so think it was him

Don t understand your point and who are you on about, who hasn t improved and who rides better for himself ???

I am of the opinion that, and it is just my opinion, all young Brits have gone backwards this year, I really do not know what is happening in speedway. Lots of them just don't appear to have the grit and determination of the Poles and Aussies etc. it's as though they want everything handed to them on a plate and I fear for the future of this great sport. Well I've had my rant – all just my opinion. so marc owen, tom perry, ashley morris or kyle howarth have gone backwards I don t think so you even said kyle looks a good prospect as for everything handed to them maybe you should look at the aussies for that don t see any of the lads in my list with vans places to stay enough money to ride every day

Great meeting just a shame that the riders didn t all meet each other so with the luck of the draw for some, the top three didn t race each other in the meeting so they didn t drop points that way the top 2 only lost to ash who had to race all the top three but thats the way it goes always next year. Also have to say well done adam kirby great showing from him.

Marc has broken collarbone so his dad tells me as they left hospital at dinner time. get well soon mate -
Think we went through all this in the winter for sarj it looks like a bad move for the rest well the verdict is still out. But please malcom you know the reasons so don t say there aren t any when you know different. As you know I like may others value your opinions and your support of british kids so please don t enter into this subject again.

Can t not really coment on this as there is info that only james and his team know about, I know that you ll say he wouldn t have been sacked if he was at scunny this year and probably right but riders sometimes just have to make a choice. But hey I m just glad that for once you, june, lucas and scribbler are singing from same sheet as me lol
-
I think alot of people are getting of topic its not really the fact its dudley or sarj or even about micky what gets people goat is that this league and only this league should be for brit and brits that will fly our flag if they make it to gp or swc. BWD you say I m anti aussie but I m not I get along with lots of them and they help my boy no end (which I m grateful for ) but you don t see what I see and thats promoters bending over backward to help these lad and the lad use whats offered which they should I would. I had a long chat with a aussie thats come over this year and he said he was surpised at what he was given before they even seen him ride. ps don t care what the leagues called

This is the best posting on this thread and having spoken to alot of british rider el and pl they say the same poland, denmark, sweden all look after there own first. As for there isn t the british talent well there isn t but there won t be if you see the goings on we do then most would think twice before starting up.
-
Dave not read one post that has a go at the lad and as for what they sacrifice well it s the same for us only difference is I have to work as well as look after my lad I can t take 6 weeks off fly half way round the world and spend 7 nights a week at speedway also and I have seen this first hand that at some tracks they don t have second half or practise after meetings but seems they change that rule for aussies and behind close door practise I know of 2 who were at cov most thursday day riding but the academy boys never get asked all we want is same rules. I was at stoke for said practise and yes the lad looked good and seems a nice lad, but this league should be for brits hope you find a place soon sarg

Well Rockets my lad rides but we buy the best gear but just to give you a starting point and bike thats ok to ride on will cost about 1500 to 2000 then theres fuel at £8, your oil is anthing from £5 to £10 plus fuel for the car or van and thats if nothing goes wrong

Dandy your right it would help but most senior riders don t want to know weather its they forgot how hard it was for them or they think I had to struggle so should they. I wish I had the answer but I will say that we are starting to get meetings now on friday and monday just gone we had a cov v belle vue home and away and they were good matches there s also one tomorrow at sheffield v scunny. MY POSTING DOESN T INCLUDE ALL PRO RIDERS
